Edit to respond to owner: not bashing, stating a fact. This was my experience unfortunately and I won't be bullied into silence either. Whomever was assisting that day was very rude and probably should not work in customer service. I got an attitude filled "obviously" answer to a question I had (which in the service industry this is an absolute no no, as the customer does not know how you run your establishment), I also got cut off mid sentence whilst trying to explain something to her. As for the pricing, I'd understand the cost it if were top of the line beds but they aren't. As for the knowledge aspect of it, these were pretty basic questions (does your bed have a face tanner) so I don't know really how to help you on that one. Perhaps next time instead of assuming I "bashed" you'd enquire as to what/why I had said experience and express genuine regret. Just a thought. Take care.

I've been looking for a hair salon for myself since my family moved here recently. Number one, I was not even met with a friendly greeting when I walked in the door. A woman who was cutting a lady's hair looked up and said, "can I help you". I told her we had an appointment. She just nodded. My son and I sat down on the couch, and waited. There didn't seem to be anyone else there. Finally, a couple of people came downstairs and a young lady called my son. Two minutes later, she was washing his hair, and cutting it. She asked me how short we wanted it, I told her, I wanted it short and neat on the sides and back, but my son liked to keep the front longer. She just shook her head, like she didn't like what I was saying. She ended up cutting the back and sides rather long and textured and edgy looking. I just looked at her, and said "that's not going to work". It needs to be cleaned up. I want it neat and cleaned up shorter in the back, over his ears and on the sides. She seemed rather upset with that comment. She barely said ten words to me the entire time I was there! She quickly cut the back shorter, and cut it over his ears, and took the cape off him. Then she didn't even dry my son's hair at all before sending us out into the cold. AND he left there covered in hair. She never even offered to brush him off. I had put her out so much, not letting her give my 12 year old some edgy hairstyle. I just wanted out of there. Overall, the salon looked and smelled okay, but the place was dusty and the floor was covered with hair...I know its a hair salon, but hair was on the floor, ALL OVER the rug in the waiting area...thick layers of hair. It just didn't seem like the salon was clean. And it was not busy, so there was plenty of time to get those floors cleaned up. The thing is, she may have only been cutting my son's hair today, but in actuality, I am shopping for a salon for me as well! I get my hair cut and highlighted regularly. I spend a lot of money on my hair. She may have thought this customer was one she didn't need, but she lost me as a customer as well. As you can see, I am going to tell anyone I can about my experience. I will look elsewhere for a nice hair salon in the Leavenworth area. I suggest you do the same.

I was in so much pain and honestly really scared. These sweet, patient ladies took their time (hours!!) carefully removing all the glue and safely taking the lash glue off. It was such a painful process because of how badly my eyes had been messed up, but they were so gentle, comforting, and reassuring the entire time. They truly went above and beyond for me. On top of that, they threaded and tinted my brows and did an AMAZING job. My brows have never looked better. She only wanted her natural brows tinted. I selected a stencil for henna for my hand. After two hand washings several hours later, it looks like a spotted mess. I had to scrub it off. Didn't even last 24 hours. Thankfully, my sister was able to scrub that horrible tint off her brows. I had asked to use the restroom and was told no. So high water of money. Horrible place.
