Why have a Keurig station set up on a table and a fridge for water when both are empty? And have no water fountain or vending machines for a 2+ hour wait? I asked the receptionist and she said, "We don't have supplies for that anymore." Really? Then remove it. Oh, but they DO have a water station behind the counter for employees... I'm still waiting to see how the reinstall goes. They finished up and the new job looks much better!

I drove straight there and back. I'm an hour and a half away from this location so it's not a simple going back and telling them about it. Anyway, I get home and see this scrape and dent on my car. I know it wasn't there before I dropped it off. The fact that I wasn't made aware of this or told is the biggest issue. I'd still be upset but the least you can do is tell the customer.

The work was finished in less than two hours and I was on my way. Unfortunately, when I tried to use the windshield wipers three days later while on a very long drive, I noticed two issues. First, the passenger wiper had been damaged and had an obvious kink in it. Second, the wipers were not calibrated/tested after being re-attached to the car. They only slightly made contact with the windshield (were choppy and not flush at all) and were extremely close to damaging the edge of the hood on the downward sweep. Aside from the fact that discovering this issue on the open road could have directly resulted in a car accident or unintentional damage to the car, I was surprised that this simple quality check was not performed. The checklist that they did provide me a copy of was extremely thorough and, honestly, if they brought my attention to it, I probably would have paid for a new wiper without wondering where the damage came from. Anyway, I left a message while driving through a monsoon in Missouri and it was returned promptly on Monday morning. They admitted fault in that they didn't usually check the wipers and would pay if I was charged any damages related to this when I returned the car. The guy was really apologetic and understanding which takes this from a 1-star WTF to an honest oversight. I just can't ignore that this oversight probably would have led to a car accident if the wipers were fitted any worse considering how intense the initial storm was. To prospect customers and the business: please check the wipers after replacing windshields.

I agreed and stated that I wanted a Pilkington windshield and they responded, "no problem." Stopped in an hour and 15 minutes later and waited for 10 minutes for them to text the guy twice (since walking a few feet to find out how long it would be is too difficult) and had to leave for an appointment. Two hours after I dropped my car off I had to call them to ask if my car was finished because they never called me as promised. Picked it up to find that the windshield was not Pilkington. That is a lot of lies for one business transaction. I would have made them replace my windshield if I wasn't trading the car in tomorrow. Steer clear of this place!
