This is my second time visiting and took my mom with me. This was her first time back to a salon since quarantine started and she loved it! It was busy when we came in but that's expected from a mid Saturday. As soon as there was an available tech we were helped. read more

This is a lovely and clean environment, a young woman who did My pedicure did a great job. I think the price is a little on the higher side. And the chair was very uncomfortable for some reason the seat was lower than where you put your feet and so it's constantly felt like I was had my legs in the air. It could've just been the chair I was in. read more

Love love! Probably the best nail salon I've been to. Very clean and polished! I was greeted immediately with all friendly staff, they asked me my needs and explained some better ways to get the nail style I was looking for. My technician was Kim. She was so sweet and accommodating. I was tired so she moved me to a big comfy pedicure chair even though I was just getting my nails done, very thoughtful!! I got dipped nails for the first time and am very happy with the results. I prefer a natural look and these are perfect! I will definitely return and refer people here. Good work CoCos! read more

Had both a shellac manicure and a shellac pedicure. Both techs (Quy and Jenny) did a fantastic job and were very gracious and professional. I have been to almost every nail salon in the West U area and I am so happy that I finally found a nail spa that is up to par. The salon is gorgeous, sparkly clean, and people are so welcoming. Brand new pedicure chairs and tons of nail colors. I wholeheartedly recommend. read more

Go somewhere else they don't listen. I hadn't had my nails done in about a month due to hectic schedule. I had a decent amount of growth that I was thrilled about with my natural nails. After my soak off she cracked and broke my right ring finger. I asked to keep as much length of the other nails I was ok with that one nails being slightly shorter. She proceeds to start hacking away at all my nails. Now mind you all this trimming and they still aren't even. Every nail is a different and am when I tell the manager she says oh she thought she you wanted even. Well guess what they aren't. Not even close.. I don't want the fucky 10$ discount from a design that already was poorly executed.. as annoying as Gloss can be go there. read more

This was my second time visiting this spa. The first time Ivan did my nails and he did a great job. They were welcoming from the time I walked in. Fast and speedy service but they also took time and I didn't feel rushed. My second visit, Princess and Kate did my nails and pedicure. I will just say I am hooked! My nails are natural looking and my feet are still so soft 2 weeks later! I would definitely recommend them to anyone! Also the ambiance is very relaxing and the interior is modern and nice. Offered drinks and massage pedicure chairs perfect after a long day! Check them out! Especially Princess and Kate! read more

I love this nail salon. I like to get designs on my nails and i give Ivan a pic each time i go and he does my nails better than the picture. He makes sure the color is a perfect match and each diamond is placed exactly the way the pic shows. They always are very attentive to my every need. Very friendly and take their time making sure that my nails are perfect every time. Best nail salon in Houston!!! read more

I took my daughter last week for manis & pedis , I called ahead to make the appointment , we got there & they seated us then we LITERALLY waited for 45 minutes before they started on my daughter than another 20 minutes for me.. They completely messed up both the mani and pedi, when we FINALLY CHECKED OUT, I ended up paying $181.00 For 2 manis & 2 pedis I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO MY WORST ENEMY!!!!! read more

My nails are cute but this isn't what I asked for. My technician seemed to be in a rush and frustrated with my choice of design. Since he was unable to execute the desired result we opted for something else. I'm just overly frustrated that I paid $15 for two foil nails. Ew. If you can't draw or do something then say that. I much prefer that than you erasing my nail for 30 minutes and blaming it on every other variable except yourself. read more

The customer service is excellent. The time and cost that it take to give yourself self-love is great. I enjoy coming and look forward each time read more

I just got my nails done by Michael!! I absolutely love them. He does wonderful work!!

UPDATE!!!: So I entered the salon at 6:55 last night to get a simple pedicure. They told me no one was available to do pedicures. I scanned the room and saw at least two techs who'd previously done my pedicures. I get it was 35 minutes until closing, but I asked to get off work early to get my feet done because I have a formal event tonight. I've spent so much money in this place and even sent several friends who also spend regularly. It sucks to be blatantly lied to just because you don't want to do the pedi. Just be honest!! I could've respected that more. Luckily I found a nail spa less than a mile away that had no problem accommodating me. Won't be going back to Coco. read more

Love this place! Conveniently located. The ambiance is peaceful , the interior colors are soothing and the furniture is comfortable,

Wow amazing how fast a business can change. We started going to CoCo when they first opened, and they were great. Now...... greed and unprofessionalism has taken over. They constantly change their prices to upcharge you, they dont keep or follow an appointment book ( so dont bother making an appointment). Every walk in they tell them come back in 30 min only to wait an hour or more longer. They are very untruthful to their patrons. I can explain how very disappointed I am in CoCo and how far down they have run the business. We will not go back or suggest anyone to use their services. read more

I've been coming to Coco Nail Spa since I moved around the area on September 2020. I appreciated the aesthetics of the salon and how clean it was. I fell in love with the service and tech that did my coffin acrylic nails. I've been coming every month or two and I usually get the acrylic powder set $42 + $5 coffin shape and the Tropical Paradise Pedicure $45. Overall a good spot. I made an appointment on 2/12 at 6 PM. I arrived early around 5:45, I tried checking at the front desk since I had requested Calvin to do my full set. The pregnant lady at the front just told me to sit at the pedicure chair. I was being helped by Angel. She was very sweet and funny to talk to. I had to make sure I grabbed the gentlemen's attention that was at the front desk to make sure I got Calvin to do my set. He apologized for not checking me in and all was good. Towards the end of the pedicure Angel was rushed and told to go to another customer and someone else finished applying the nail polish on my toes and told me to move right away to another desk so that Calvin could do my nails. I moved to another desk and Calvin did my nails. I love the way the shape came but I asked for my cuticles to be a little more worked on and they were not. It felt like I was being rushed and almost felt like a nuisance being there. I only asked for my toes to be fixed since I accidentally smudge them while I was moving to the other desk. At that point, I did not wanna be there since I did not feel welcome. I paid a total of $110.40 -$92 for service and 20% tip. It's been a week and I noticed the polish on my toes is uneven and my cuticles look rough since they were not properly buffed. I understand it was a busy day and you're trying to get in as many customers as you can, but one of the main reasons I liked the spot was the customer service. It definitely was not a 100% that day. read more

Pretty bad experience. I was visiting Houston or else I would have gone back to have them redo my nails. They didn't have the color that I wanted which was on the sample nails that they provided. However, that's not a huge deal, it was more of the way my nails were done. It seems like my tech was new at her job and my nails reflected that. I didn't feel good about them leaving out but didn't want to be confrontational and wasn't sure if I was just being picky. Let's just say, after a couple weeks my nails were horrid and I just wanted to get them cut down to start over. Very disappointed! read more

I love this nail spa. I was a frequent customer at another salon in the medical center that shall remain nameless but I noticed the best techs always left and were not happy. I've came here four times. 2 of those times were just okay. First visit was horrible. I didn't have Ivan. I had the other male. He was so rough and cut me in two places. One cut was deep. I decided to return after reading a review about how great Ivan was. He did the dip powder and left one nail too short, but the rest was fine. Okay, the third time. I decided to go shorter on my nails. I opted for Shellac. I was there over an hour. An hour after my appointment my nails were already cracked. I went back the following day and the manager wanted to give me Ivan again to fix my nails. I told her that I didn't want him doing my nails considering they had cracked so fast. She did them instead. This was 7/9. It is now 7/15 and they're all cracked. They started cracking two days after my return to the nail salon. I'm extremely disappointed because it was $35 not including the tip. Now I have to get them done again elsewhere. I would not recommend them. There's a reason why they're doing 15% off of new customers. read more

Clean, professional and relaxing! I live this new nail place! I have had two mani pedis here so far and really enjoy it!

I called to make an appointment, but when I got there I had to wait for over 30 minutes for someone to come do my nails. I was very annoyed at first and was not planning on leaving a good review, until Ana did my nails. She took so much time and care to make them perfect. They were the best nails I've had in a long time and they lasted for more than 2 weeks with no chipping or scratching. (I got dip powder) I recommend going during a time that isn't normally busy so you don't have to wait, but overall the nails are worth the wait. Great quality and not overpriced. And ask for Ana!! Also, the man at the front desk is probably the kindest, most respectful person you'll ever meet. read more

I tried out this place on a whim passing by! The interior is beautiful, clean and trendy. All of the employees are enthusiastic and professional. I got a dip full set, pedi with shellac, eyebrow / lip wax and I am more than happy with all of it. They offer so many other great services too that I will be back for. The best part about all of it is how efficiently they completed everything and kept it all great quality. I was in and out and they did everything I was asking for perfectly. I will definitely be back, with friends! read more

Not my normal place, but I needed somewhere close to work so I stopped in. It was a weekday afternoon, and there were quite a few people inside, but they fit me in right away! I waited maybe 5 minutes, which was perfect because I had time to choose my color. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming, several different people asked me how I was doing or if I needed anything. Ana did a great job cleaning up the mess that was my cuticles, and she made sure to cut and shape them just how I wanted them. I'm so pleased with how they turned out! This may be my new normal place! read more

The lady who books the appointments is terrible she overbooked me twice I had to wait 40 min once and an hour another. They didn't accommodate or apologize for the terrible service. I should've left without paying but when we do that at nail shops police get called. But if they went to a restaurant and waited an hour for food they'd want it free. Plus they do not do a great job very mediocre nail shop! The hood nail shops are better don't waste your money. This place is sad! read more
