Loved this nail salon and nail tech! I was able to walk in and get a full acrylic set in under an hour, and they look phenomenal. Definitely will be back! read more

They manicure itself wasn't bad but they're so rough on your hands and I went twice to two different people and the same treatment. The concierge doesn't have the best bedside manner either. I'll be trying elsewhere. read more

My wife and I have been coning here for a couple of years. About every three weeks to be more specific. Every time we tell them two manicures and two pedicures. Every time my wife is well taken care of, every time I have to remind them I want a manicure. Today was the last straw and didn't tell them and therefore didn't get my manicure, which I needed. I had a direct discussion with the manager we clearly didn't give two shits about about. Done, gone, not ever going back. read more

I came in for a set of powder acrylic and I had Jasmine do my nails! Me and my friend were immediately taken fare of without an appointment and the service was great. Jasmine paid great attention to detail and was very gentle about everything. Prices are very reasonable for the service and the atmosphere. The salon was beautiful on the inside. read more

Coco Nail Spa - Color is OPI // A Great Opera-tunity - Nail Salons Near Me - Houston, Texas

One of my favorite nail spas in the West U area. Wait times can be a little lengthy during busy times. Always happy with my services. My only wish would be to get my manicure and pedicure done at the same time to prevent a 2 hour stay. read more

Love Coco! Always clean, attentive and the ladies are so good at what they do! Ask for Tammy, Hannah they are amazing!

I'm currently 22 weeks pregnant & they took such good care of me! I truly enjoyed every second of it. Each time they moved on from one part of the service to another they'd ask if everything was okay, if I was feeling okay, and if I liked it! Received 15% off for it being my first time & definitely will be coming back. Thank you so much for taking care of me! Definitely would recommend :) read more

Coco Nail Spa - I got a dip powder full set w/ tips & am more than pleased! - Nail Salons Near Me - Houston, Texas

Was a loyal customer until I came in and brought my mother for her birthday. We came in at 6:20 for pedicures and they said they could take us no problem. Sadly they rushed and gave us awful service. I HAVE NEVER HAD A WORSE EXPERIENCE! I felt threatened and scared just for saying my mother didn't like something, and was almost assaulted. We mentioned about the callous on my mother's feet they said " too bad, you complain too much and you get what you pay for we're closed". They close at 7. If I had known they would have done a terrible service because of time restraints I could have came back another day! But they said NOTHING. I took a picture of my mother's feet and said that's fine I'll just talk to the manager tomorrow, they proceeded to take pictures of me and my mother and say we always do this? Now I'm not sure if she's speaking about minorities, but I HAVE NEVER SEEN OR MET THIS WOMAN. The gentleman I always go to is named Qui, so how could I know you? Obviously and blatantly racist and rude! Not to mention terrible at their job! When leaving, they told us get out and don't come back if you don't like the service, as if I were wrong! And I could not understand these are new employees, that I have never seen. These new employees huddled around, and were yelling at us in the store, I had to even call the police, and showed them my phone so that they wouldn't touch us. I have come 12 times since they have opened, I have spent at least $1,008 over the course of that time not including tip. Today I used all my points and said I won't be back. But the proof is right there in your face! But don't believe me! This is a picture of my mother's feet finished still in the salon. read more

Really liked the service here. Was not too busy & they did hands and feet at the same time.

This was my first time coming to this nail salon. It looks beautiful on the outside but the service doesn't compare to its beauty. I usually go to Milano in Pearland but I wanted something new. Will not be coming back. Please upgrade your technicians. Periodt. read more

They were pretty good, nice service and have clean nail shop. I would go back there .

The service was great but the prices not reasonable because of the obligated tip , she didn't ask me how much tip I want to add she just print the receipt, it's my first and I will not go there again. read more

Terrible customer service. Three of us paid over $300 for mani/pedi's. The women doing my service talked loudly throughout my entire appointment, paying little attention to my experience. The woman doing my nails was particularly careless as my nails are shorter on one hand than the other. Although theirs is a service industry, they showed complete disregard for my enjoyment. The woman in charge joined in their animated conversation, again with complete disregard for me. I was unable to enjoy the massage. A previous experience was also negative. This visit was me giving them a second chance. I reached out and was ignored. I reached out a 3rd time and was told they could only give me 10% off my next service. My experience was so poor that I will not be returning. read more

We got dip but they completely butchered our nail beds and fingers. The pink nails' hand had every single one of her nail beds butchered. Im surprised that the guy doing her nails didn't realize after one time of a bleeding nail to approach how he does her other nails differently. read more

Have been wanting to try this nail spot since moving back into the area, never got around to it, but it happened to be one of the only places that re-opened during the pandemic. Went in by appointment for the first time on Saturday and was very pleased. Called for an appointment for myself and husband and was told to come in for 5pm. We weren't started on until around 5:40pm but I was completely expecting this due to the current situation. I am very happy with my pedicure and gel mani. My husband was also pleased and the only thing was that his chair didn't work so there was no massage or whirlpool for his pedicure. This place is very clean and considering they are slammed right now, they took their time with each customer and carefully completed our services. I love that they have a reward program but sad that they couldn't offer the new customer 20% off at this time. I will definitely be back to see Tammy again. read more

Love this place - very clean and so nice. My nails look great. Will definitely be coming back.

The service was ok. Nails turned out good. The lady doing my set was annoyed that I changed my nail color before the service ...(she turned to coworker & said something angrily in another language looking at me). As the mani went it gradually got worse. Not too relaxing...Jelly pedi was great. Overall it was over 2 hours. Won't be going back. read more

Love this place! Prices are reasonable. Nice atmosphere. Very cute spot. Quy always does a great job. Highly recommend!

The service was great. The spa was very clean and modern. My hands and feet look absolutely amazing!

The staff and manager are so rude! I was asking my nail tech ( Ana) a question about a color I was interested in and she just sat there a continued to apply the color I didn't want. She then had a sassy attitude like she did not care about what I was asking. My nails are ugly and I'm highly pissed off because I've now wasted my money. I've given this place multiple chances. Never coming back read more

The technicians are not my problem they are nice and I can work with them. If I don't like my nails I just point out what I want fixed and everything is good. The manager on the other hand is rude asf. She is very passive aggressive and I don't like that because I'm always nice when I go there. Like why would I be rude. But every time I see her she is rude. The other manager on the other hand is super nice I like her. But yea after going here for over a year I'm done. Like how did she get hired in the first place. read more
