At no point during my online order was it indicated that my address was outside their delivery area. So being spoken to as if I had done something deliberately to skirt the system was ridiculous. The owner continued to be aggressive with me, talking over me, only sarcastically apologizing when I asked him if he thought this inconvenience to me as a customer warranted an apology, and actually hung up on me at one point. When I called back and asked if he had hung up on me or been disconnected, he laughed and said he had hung up on me. As a woman, I steer clear of men who are as aggressive and unapologetic as that owner was. We all know the kind. Nothing is ever their fault. It's a bad quality in a person and a fatal one in a business owner. There are friendlier and better-run delivery services in the area. Avoid this one at all costs.
