Was a lovely and well balanced meal. Really enjoyed the noodles the most. Everything tasted authentic! I thought the service could have been a little bit better. For example, we had to ask them to bring water to the table, our dishes were put on the table without serving spoons, we had to ask for an extra plate since we told her we were sharing but I think she forgot. Food also came out a bit slow. Overall - they were extremely accommodating. There was a mix up with our order and they happily corrected it and replaced it with something we could eat. The food was tasty, the interior was welcoming and warm, and everyone serviced us very kindly. Portions were extremely generous, we ate lunch and dinner! I would definitely come back here :)

Neo chooses to serve food in paper takeaway containers, even though it's a sit-down restaurant. And ceramic bowls just sit unused on the table. The waiter said the purpose of the containers is to mimic "Asian street food," but the only thing it mimics is the giant pile of trash 100 meters from the restaurant. Yeah, it's ironic that Neo chooses to use takeaway containers because Galway's monthly trash pile rots on a dock not far from the restaurant. A note to the managers: there exist reusable ceramic "Asian takeaway" containers that could give you a similar culinary authenticity. Doing this would not only add to the customer's experience, but also presumably cut down expenses long-term. Consider alternatives, because, upon visiting your restaurant, your future customers might also do so.

It had a great sweet + savory flavor, the skin was crispy, the meat was tender, and it was boneless! The rice was fine, though less sticky than I'm used to. The noodles themselves were very well flavored and chewy. On top of this, there was a surprising amount of duck throughout the dish. Typically you see the protein being skimped on, but not the case here. I had asked for the peppers that normally comes with the stir fry veggies to be replaced with asian vegetables, and I think I got a few scraps of bok choy and Napa cabbage in the mix. Most of the veggies ended up being scallions and onions. I also ordered one of the Pu-erh teas, as this is supposed to be a strong tea and can steep for a long time in very hot water without turning sour or bitter. While the tea was stronger than most of the teas I've had during my vacation in Ireland, it was still quite a lot weaker than expected. We asked for more leaves to be added to the pot but either they didn't actually add any, or didn't add enough to make a difference in the flavor. Overall a decent restaurant, would recommend to anyone looking for Asian cuisine.
