Everything was delicious! Our favorite was the shrimp appetizer and the shrimp linguine which came out family style in the cooking pan. It was as though it just came off the fire. Service was great but knowing how to speak and read Portuguese definitely helps! There were a lot of American songs being played although some were remade by different artist LoL but overall, the dining experience was great! My phone was dying and one of the waiters was kind enough to allow Me to use Their portable charger so that I could order Our uber after dinner. Happy is available daily during the evening. Not what it used to be when first opened and became popular... Portions are much smaller and have to fight to find the prawns in a sea of rice, quality is OK but not value for money... There are many other places in SP serving quality and delicious seafood for much less... read more

I saw this restaurant on TripAdvisor and was determined to visit with my nyanko sensei to get the seafood platter and fireworks pics. The waiter won't let me in and finally a manager who speaks English explains that they have large platter and were worried that I cannot finish by myself. I was so moved! What a customer-oriented restaurant, especially when I am a foreign tourist! I couldn't find the cake with fireworks on the menu and the manager explained to me it was not for sale but a gift for customers coming for birthday. I was so obsessed with the picture that I asked if they can sell it to me. After some struggling, the manager give the cake to me for free! And when the cake was served, the staff sang birthday song for me. I felt so happy as if It really was my birthday. This was actually my most memorable dining experience abroad and I would recommend it to anyone! read more

As an American, the idea of a main course for 2 or 4 people was different. Most of the menu is for sharing and not for an individual.

Went there during mid week for team dinner. Menu is large and has an English section. Meal portions are huge and draft beer was nice with live local music playing American pop music e.g. Michael Buble. We did family style meals and was able to enjoy a variety of dishes. Didnt like how those shrimp looked, besides they weren't properly cleaned before serving. I mean, you own a seafood restaurant, you gotta know your job, guys. A great place for gringos! The menu has all sorts of sea food and fish, and some are very typical dishes from the North and Northeast of Brazil. The place is huge and make sure you make a reservation in advance! It is a good place for families and small sized groups. I've seen some couples there, but most customers were in groups. The place isn't extremely loud and it isn't super fancy. Wear casual clothes and you'll be fine. There is vallet service, but it usually has a waiting line. If you can, at the weekends go by taxi. The atmosphere isn't a big deal, nothing resembles a tropical place, which makes me think the owners could work on that. The plates are well presented and the service is fast and extremely polite. My tip for drinks is to order a jar of fresh coconut water! You'll have many chances o try beer during your stay in Brazil, so goes for the typical. If your currency is dollar/euro/pound you'll laugh at the prices, so enjoy the best of the menu. If you are from South America, be prepared, even though the dishes are big enough to be shared in average among 3, you're likely to pay 70-100 reais. But it is a good meal, enjoy it! read more

Amazing seafood restaurant in a very good neighborhood. The seafood is very fresh and extremely delicious, I thoroughly enjoyed the attention to detail and good courteous customer service. The coconut shrimp was amazing, as was the grilled tilapia and capers. The burnt garlic rice and the Mussels paella was legit as well. Paid R$100 and all i got out of it was some food porn! Ha OK not really, also the other half of the bottle of wine I didn't order. It wouldn't have been so bad if they didn't charge R$72 for a bottle i drink at home for $19.,, The potato cheese pot with crab (name to be updated) had many shell pieced in every bite, could eat less than half of it. The tropical shrimp salad was great, minus the ball of carrot strings in the middle that was probably too dense even if spread across the rest of the dish. The variety and selection of dishes they have is amazing and everything sounded delicious which made deciding that much harder! Very large restaurant. I went by myself, so factor into how you read the review. Looks to be very family friendly. Large menu, but strikes me as overlarge. I had the salmon special. Nice presentation and service. Adding walnuts to the salmon was a nice touch. Rice side dishes good but nothing "wow". It looks like all the dishes (even if not labeled so) are meant for two people. The salmon I ordered could have fed two or a small town quite well. Wine list, like the menu, was large but didn't seem to have any particular purpose other than being large. Would have been great to see a better selection of 375ml bottles, but that is hard to find so didn't factor into the review. read more

Pagamos quase 400 reais para 5 pessoas. A comida estava tão péssima que sobrou quase metade de um dos pratos (que geralmente servem de 2 a 3 pessoas). O peixe ao forno (que sobrou) estava bem seco. Achamos estranho uma vez que foi o prato recomendado pelo garçom. E quando questionamos sobre a qualidade do peixe, ele admitiu que o peixe era congelado e não fresco (o que é bem estranho, já que o restaurante serve quase que praticamente pratos com peixes e frutos do mar). Além disso, tínhamos pedido uma entrada que estava demorando séculos. Quando questionamos, o garçom inventou qualquer desculpa e disse que tinham ido buscar em outro lugar e que ia atrasar e chegar depois dos pratos. Acabamos cancelando. Um dos pratos estava bom, o camarão com crostas estava bem apresentado e estava gostoso. Mas como o outro prato e a entrada (que acabou nem vindo) foram um desastre, dei apenas 2 estrelas. I am still waiting for my main course but let me go ahead and give a review while I wait with my hubby for the food to arrive...Firstly this is my first night in Brazil and I am already starting to feel the Brazilian warmth and passion.. Sitting here and watching the other customers make me realise the importance of "family" as part of the culture.. Most of the other customers are here as large groups - I am guessing cousins, parents, grandparents getting together for a Sunday dinner feast.. Anyway point being me rating is definitely skewed because of "other" factors including this being my first time in São Paulo. Talking about food / drinks, we have received drinks (Caipirinha for my husband and fresh orange juice for myself) and break basket. My hubby seems to be enjoying the Caipirinha- in fact he just ordered another one and I loved the break basket - which had 3 different types of breads / cheese.
