It is a great place where you can enjoy the very best of the São Paulo city cuisine - not the snob, hyper-chic, upscale meals we sometimes indulge ourselves specially when we're out if the town. It is a couple of simple and delicious meals the "paulistanos" (people born and raised here in São Paulo City) have forever and are proud to carry as some of the São Paulo State capital traditions.
Try the "Picadinho" or the "Paulistinha". There are some pretty heavy duty stuff as well (the "Leitao a Pururuca" is awesome, but after having that delicious piece of pork with an unforgettable and crispy layer of pigskin, you may check your cholesterol levels :))
Place is good (a little noisy during weekdays lunch time) but staff is awesome and hyper friendly. Coffee (from Santa Monica Farm (not our Santa Monica, CA)) is great. read more
