Seafood from a shopping mall restaurant?! Well, most of us would probably skip it... Well, don't skip Rufino's, their food menu is not as extensive as other restaurants at Morumbi Shopping, but they cater everyone, from raw oysters to beautiful fish cooked slowly in clay pots.
Food:
Couvert (fish escabeche): one of the best couverts at Morumbi Shopping. Escabeche is slightly seasoned and tender, and pickled onions and carrots are slightly sweet with a touch of vinegar. That paired up with a basket of freshly baked mini French rolls is pretty awesome.
Tranche Hungaro: Generous chunks of sea bass, slowly cooked in crème, sweet paprika, and other spices, along with potatoes. Dish is cooked and served inside a clay pot. This serving feeds easily two people.
Filet de Linguado Grelhado: Grilled sole fish, lightly seasoned with fresh herbs, served a lime wedge, and sautéed potatoes.
Overall food is great, service is a tad slow and hard to get servers attention. read more
