I love the variety of fun other items they carry- definitely vibes of a Makers space with pickled goods, hilarious sponges, take and bake cookie and cake kits, jewelry, and more. A great idea if you're looking to put together a gift and want a one stop shop. We had a hard time deciding between their cookies vs their cupcakes but in the end settled for a 1/2 dozen cupcakes ($24) otherwise it would have been $4.50 per cupcake. Cookies were priced at $2.50 per cookie. I loved the flavours of the cupcakes and am always drawn to the carrot cupcakes with cream cheese icing. But we also tried the Oreo/cookies and cream cupcake, the coconut cupcake with coconut buttercream with cookies and cream cheese icing, the chocolate cupcake with chocolate buttercream, and the red velvet cupcake with cream cheese icing. Very moist and rich cupcakes. In the past I've bought the cookies that were pre baked in the freezer section and these were actually also very tasty and a great idea so to with your extra cookies. And I've tried the kits as well and always enjoyed the results.

The cookies are tantalizing and are so buttery they melt in your mouth but don't make that crumbly mess. Thats how you know they make them right! The cookies do not disappoint and are always tasty. The staff are exceptional and so friendly. I really appreciated it, leaving the store happy with a bagful of sweets. What surprised me was the evidence assortment of other items like cupcakes, fudge, brittle, Pinocchio ice cream, frozen cookies, soups, shelf stable snacks and so much more. Walking out was so distracting bc so many items caught my eye. Definetly worth another visit. I love supporting local and this cookie place is the best in edmonton area! Ps. They have the best covid safe facility for a small business. Hand sanitizer is plentiful, mask use and physical distancing made my visit so much less stressful than usual. I didnt pre-order but the staff helped me quickly and efficiently and I was in and out within 1 min.. Epic!!!

MY ABSOLUTE FAVORITE APPLE FRITTER IN THE ENTIRE SOLAR SYSTEM…read moreI travel quite a bit and I love to try donuts wherever I go. I stumbled upon the Sherwood Park Bakery and built my airport departure around trying something from the shop. [They open at 900 am which is late for me.] When I pulled up, there were about 5 people loosely waiting for the bakery to open. THIS was a good sign. As I walked to the door, 2 others queued up in front of me, but the cashier was familiar and quick with their orders. My go-to donuts are always apple fritters. I saw them on the shelf, but was a bit concerned because it wasn't "knobby" like the ones I've tried at other bakeries. Nonetheless I ordered one and I was surprised! It was still warm, NOT knobby, but the dough was almost like a brioche. There was a sweetness to the smooth texture and a crunchy exterior with just the right amount of glaze. AND, unlike apple fritters in the US, this version had slices of apple which was a welcome change. [The apple bits are usually small cubes down south.] There is no doubt that if ever Edmonton, I would make it a point to return for another apple fritter. AND, judging by what other patrons ordered, the assorted/variety box is a popular choice!

It was so good I went back to the lounge to have another peice when a friend joined me for drinks. Anyway it was so good that I asked the staff where it came from because it did NOT taste like other commercially produced GF crap. We had a surprise party for my mom's birthday yesterday and I purchased 2 cakes from them on Friday. 1 GF Very Berry Cheesecake and the Chocolate Caramel cake for the gluten eaters. They both came presliced with parchment paper between each slice so it made for super easy serving. The cake had 16 portions and the cheesecake had 14. They are in super sturdy cardboard boxes so I never felt once that these cakes would get squashed at anytime. They come frozen but I was told to let them thaw for 2 hours before serving for a whole cake 45 for a slice. I was told if left frozen the cakes would last 10 months in the freezer. Anyway all the guests devoured the cakes. Even though there were only 2 Celiacs the gluten eaters couldn't resist the beautiful cheesecake. I'm not sure if anyone but myself and my aunt knew the cheesecake was GF. I will DEFINITELY BE buying all my birthday/anniversary cakes from them from now on. I didn't feel like I was being left out of the gluten party.

Sounds like their cakes should be ordered before you just stop in. Their cakes are made in house and I would love to check out and get a tour of their facility one day. And their front staff were super lovely and friendly. Plus a bonus is they have their own parking and lots of it! I stopped in for their open house and they had a delicious display and samples available. That sold me on purchasing some of their tasty morsels! Who could resist a festive rum & eggnog cheesecake? They have some super open house special deals so if you need a dessert hit this place up! I got the thrifty cakes, which are the imperfect ones knocked back in price- they taste amazing so I don't mind what they look like! Sampled the carrot cake, which I had heard some raving reviews about, and hot dang they got a good carrot cake! Shredded coconut, pineapple, cream cheese icing! Super drool! I picked up the festive candy cane mouse for my GF friend, which was super lovely to hear that some of their most popular items are gluten free. Not so much available options for the diary intolerant people so be wary of that! But skimming through their book they have some really neat cakes and presentation- like a baklava cake, or the Mayan pyramid cake! Enjoy a sweet treat from Wow! Factor Desserts I know I will definitely be back here again!

I already miss it. While they never successfully had EV charging insofar as I understand it, everything else was good (if pricey) but they couldn't make the business work in the long run so it is no longer there and definitely no longer open.

I have heard incredible things about their breakfast sandwiches, but haven't tried them myself yet. So far I think I've had a BLT, a Beef Dip, and a Cajun Chicken Cesar Wrap. Everything is made to order, so don't expect to whip in really quickly to grab something unless you have called ahead.
