The person I talked to said there would be no office visit and we would need to pay for a tech visit and the blood test. $70 for tech visit and $109.00 for the medication. We show up they take my dog back. Then tech comes out and says they can't provide services today because Oliver is due for his anual checkup and said the receptionist should have told me that on the phone. I said okay, can the vet see my dog and she told me no there isn't any appointments. ARE YOU SERIOUS???? read more

We are looking for a new vet, and this location was highly recommended. This vet just called and canceled our appointment last minute for our injured dog, asserting that they want to spend "more time" for the initial appointment and couldn't manage this. Didn't even offer to reschedule. We know that our pup needs bloodwork, and that's what the appointment Monday was for. Then, the lady who called recommended that we get x-rays done at the same appointment. Our dog need bloodwork to see if her liver can handle the sedation for the x-rays. The lady who called asked why we don't just go back to the vet we've been seeing. I just called and spoke to Laurel, asking to speak to an office manager to get clarification on why they canceled this appointment. She was extremely unprofessional and condescending. read more

I've been taking my St Bernard mix Bear here for 4 years. I don't trust any other vet with my dog. They are always on time for my appointments, they always resolve his issues with the least expensive rout as a first resort instead of over pricing us. They send you his photo in the mail which I think is super cute on a post card, and every vet tech and vet has been so kind and caring with him. It's honestly in my opinion one of the best places you can take a pet. They are not the cheapest per visit but I think it's 100% worth the care they provide. I cannot say enough good things about this vet. I adopted a german shepherd recently and I brought her in for her cough and some hip pain. I have never had a vet give such a thorough exam and spend so much time talking to me and giving resources/advice. Dr. Skrabulis is absolutely amazing and so is the rest of the staff here. I walked in today to bring in some paperwork I forgot and the staff immediately said "Hi Maggie!". We've only been there once before and they remembered my dogs name. I absolutely adore working with Dr. Amy Junt! My dog has been receiving acupuncture with her for about a year now and her symptoms have truly improved! More than relief from the pain she was experiencing, she is now exhibiting less anxiety which is amazing. Dr. Junt takes the time that is needed to calm and comfort her for acupuncture and other procedures. We love her and would recommend her to anyone. I brought my 10 month old kitten to cobblestone after another vet had diagnosed her bloody out of the box urinating as stress. Dr S spent at least 30-45 minutes just talking to me about what was happening and what had been done previously. She fully explained all of the diagnostic options and gave her recommendations. Within a week she had confirmed bladder stones and had Charli scheduled the very next day for surgery. Turns out she had 25 stones embedded in her bladder. Dr S and the entire staff have been responsive helpful and supportive during the identification and recovery process. I will be moving all my cats to cobblestone and the dogs will also see them for anything other than routine vaccinations. So glad my friend told me about this place.
