Per hotel staff the hotel opened in 2019 so really new. The furniture in the lobby and room is modern. They have a restaurant in the hotel also. We checked in at 12 and our room of choice on our floor of choice was available. Check in was quick and easy. I also was able to use my Hilton app for the digital key which was helpful b/c we left the key in the room on accident as soon as we walked out. 6th floor hallway was very airy and fresh. The King Room w/ Sofa bed was very spacious. Large bathroom with walk in shower, no tub! Just how we like it. Long vanity in the bathroom and wide mirror. Also full length mirror in the room. Our room looked out to some type of mill and one of the rivers but at night it looked like a view of a city with all the pretty lights but it really was just the factory. Bed was comfortable to Hilton standards and there was more than enough outlets and USB ports available for our electronics. Only con was that housekeeping must have forgotten to grab the trash as there were used q-tips in the bathroom bin. All and all I would definitely stay here again if need be!

It has a southwestern/Native American-forward theme,…read morewhich provided a nice unique kitschiness (for being in located PGH) without being obnoxious. You'll be required to find street parking, with the most convenient options being to pay for a parking space on the street nearby. (There is also free street parking but you may have to drive around a bit to find a open spot) We had a table of 6 dining here around 5pm on a Friday. We met part of our group there, and they were already seated, so I don't believe waiting for a table was an issue (even for a party of 6). Once seated, our waiter was prompt and attentive and we also had who I assume to be a manager check-in with us. So no complaints about service. Our waiter took our drink order, appetizer order, food order and provided refills on drinks promptly/reasonably. All of our food arrived in a reasonable amount of time and was delicious. Everyone enjoyed their meals but my wife had the shrimp fajita and I had the rodeo burger (without BBQ sauce, I just wasn't in the mood for BBQ sauce but all of the other toppings sounded yummy - Gouda cheese, bacon, crispy fried onion, and chipotle aioli). Both are pictured. Overall, I'd recommend going here if you aren't bothered by street parking. The service, atmosphere, and food were solid.

A server approached us immediately as my friend was still laying face down on the floor. The servers first question was "have you guys been drinking?". I quickly replied no! How about do you need medical assistance? A second server finally ask if we needed an ambulance a good 5 minutes later. Their concern was to get her up & out of the entryway. She managed to get up with our assistance visible shaken & take a seat. She was given a water & some ice wrapped in a towel . There were visible bruises across her nose. No accident report was taken. No one asked her name. We decided to stay & eat against better judgement. Upon trying to order they were out of chips & salsa, barbacoa & blueberry desert! Will not be returning. The servers need to be better advised on how to handle incidents where someone has been hurt in particular the elderly who are vulnerable.

From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make everything smooth and stress free. Tammy Judy was absolutely amazing. She helped us with all our accommodations, answered every question, and truly knew what she was doing. She made our stay so much easier, especially with such a large group. Anthony at the front desk was just as incredible, always kind, quick to help, and on top of anything we needed like towels and water And Pam in the kitchen/bar area was a bright spot every day, always ready to help with ice, drinks, and anything else, with the sweetest smile. This morning at checkout, Tammy recommended 7 Brew Coffee. I ended up walking there (passing Starbucks and Dunkin' along the way!) and it was totally worth it, such a nice little adventure before heading back. Now I'm relaxing in the lobby waiting for the shuttle to take me to the airport, I just can't say enough good things about this place. Professional, kind, accommodating, and genuinely a caring staff. Thank you for your kindness to the EMU women's lacrosse team. Highly recommend staying here, hands down one of the best experiences!

Polk as well as other national and foreign leaders. Since 1945 the inn has been owned by the Harrington family. Unfortunately, in 2015 a fire gutted the interior of the inn, but in the next 2.5 years, a team of architects and specialist builders rebuilt the inn. The Inn contains seven guest rooms, each of which has a private bathroom and gas fireplace and includes breakfast. Rates vary by room but are roughly a couple hundred dollars per night. My husband and I did not stay in a room here, but we did eat dinner here. I had to make the reservation via a phone call. Perhaps the restaurant could start online reservations or do phone-call reminders. Please note that meals currently include dinner on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays and brunch on Sundays. When my husband and I arrived at the inn, we parked our vehicle in a small parking lot across the street. The time was 7:30 PM in the winter, so the exterior of the inn looked dark but still beautiful. In the entrance a seating hostess kindly greeted us and seated us at a table in the garden room. The inn contained some other nicely decorated dining rooms, which I later explored. The inn looked so historically accurate that I would never have guessed that a fire had occurred. I appreciated seeing the original stones on some walls, a fireplace, and the floor, which had been worn low after hundreds of years of thousands of people walking on it. I felt very interested in seeing the interior design, oil paintings, and Christmas decor. I rate the setting as 5 stars. I also rate the service as 5 stars. Our waitress promptly served us and spoke nicely with us. The menu had sections for Beginning (Cheese and Charcuterie, Duck Confit, Giardiniera, and Escargot), In Between (Century Inn Greens, Spinach Salad, Peanut Soup, and Daily Soup), and Main (Fettuccini, Crabcakes, Pork Tenderloin, Coulette Steak, and Airline Chicken Breast). Another customer had to ask the waitress if foods were gluten-free, so I recommend that the restaurant add that nutritional information to the menu. Separate menus listed desserts, beers, wines, and scotches. Here are my ratings for what my husband and I ate: Cheese & Charcuterie - 4.5 stars - This starter platter contained two meats, two cheeses, blueberries, strawberries, raisins, and warm bread. Peanut Soup - 4.5 stars - I ordered a cup rather than a bowl, and it was still a good size. I rarely eat peanut soup, but I enjoyed its flavors. Spinach Salad - 4.5 stars - This salad contained spinach, dried cranberries, walnuts, feta, and champagne vinaigrette. Crab cakes - 5 stars - Three small-medium crab cakes were very meaty and tasted delicious. The sides were asparagus and spicy red-pepper couscous. Airline Chicken Breast - 3 stars - My husband ate this entree of chicken with Chardonnay-leek sauce, and I tasted one bite of it. He described it as "plain," and I agree that it needed more flavor. Its sides were sour zucchini and a delicious wild rice. We skipped desserts and drinks. The total price was $101 plus tax and tip. (For our main courses, our receipt says different prices than does the online menu. The restaurant should fix that discrepancy.)

Apparently it actually is because there was a poster near the elevators that indicated that Hampton inn was voted the best in the world. It also won like a best hotel in West Virginia award also. Who knew? Right off the highway, restaurants literally basically just off the edge of the property including, and I would like to highlight, TACO BELL. Room was decently sized, about average. Beds were comfortable. TV was smaller than I have expected recently and I don't recall them having the option of connecting Netflix or any other streaming services which is nice, relying on what is on cable at that particular moment is a drag and I don't know how we did it for so long. Towels were plentiful. Shower was nice. Multiple mirrors arranged in just a way that your partner can watch you on the toilet from the bed if you leave the door open, as we discovered. I'll spare you the photos that were taken. Not a bad choice.

I called down and they immediately took action to correct it and got me a new room. I honestly can't say enough about this hotel. I stay there every time I'm there-- they have snacks (you pay for) and everything that you could want when you go back. The hotel is also within a mile drive of a Sheetz if you want selections! The main thing is that the hotel has a shuttle to help get you around if you are doing things that involve drinking so you don't have to drive since Uber is not a prominent staple in this area.
