We went into the exam room and Nicki greeted us and said she was our vet tech. She took my cat Cupcake in the crate and came back with her wrapped in a towel like a burrito (just her head was sticking out, it was so cute). Nicki is an execeptional vet tech. She is gentle, kind and caring. Dr. O'Connell came in and starting giving Cupcake Churu. I think Cupcake fell in love immediately. I've never heard her purr at the vet! I think Cupcake was so comfortable because there was something truly magical happening in that room. She was not only cared about, she was respected and trusted. One woman who claims to be the manager and claims to have the most experience with animals regularly verbally assaults customers during pick up and drop offs. I have both been yelled at by her and seen her yell at others. The things she is choosing to yell at people about are not relevant to the daycare at all, clearly this woman enjoys power tripping and trying to make people feel like bad owners. Not only is that just obviously bad practice, it's rude, it's unkind, and it's unacceptable. Another point that apparently needs to be made: Picking up a dog for not doing what you want them to do is not correction!!!!!! A real dog trainer would know that. Really makes me concerned about what else happens behind the scenes. Finally, ANY medical test/procedure should REQUIRE DAY OF CONSENT! We didn't know we were gonna be charged for a fecal test and I would have preferred to bring it in myself had I known it was needed. I'm not going to blindly agree to medications and results from an unreliable source. We got a second test done with a different vet and those results confirmed everything we needed to know about how Cilley does business. Will not return, will not recommend.

Our dog needed a dental cleaning, and it was completed, but for a significantly higher cost than quoted and we had to return for additional extractions not long after. Same issue. The bill was astronomical. Biopsies were taken from the same area on both visits, but we never received results for the second biopsy, and when I called multiple times I was told someone would call me back, which they never did, which leads me to think the specimen was either lost or never taken. I also received a call while my dog was in surgery asking if we wanted to remove healthy teeth. It should be noted here that the price increased per tooth. The most egregious error was, despite a thorough exam before surgery, the fact that our dog was in early stage kidney failure was completely missed. We lost precious early intervention time and unfortunately we lost him three weeks ago. They claimed he had Addisons disease, but there was never any follow up or a treatment plan aside from the vet telling me "These dogs are hungry as hell". All in all, I regret bringing our lovely boy here, and we will absolutely not be returning with any future pets.
