I had almost totally lost my faith in humanity after a bad tiling experience I recently had…read more Attempting to start another tile project for a different area, I was overwhelmed with the amount of options at 'Floor n Decór' and ran across Tornatile on my IG. Since I could only focus on pics posted I decided to head on down on a day off to see. I met a nice young lady, Ms. G and she was really nice and offered help and options with the project in mind! In the time spent I shared my BAD experience with Ms G and she was kind enough to get feedback from their experts and she actually followed up quickly! Fast forward one of their experts, Mr Mike came to evaluate and confirm what I thought.....No way to repair what had been done! I had to think of the reinvestment and do I take another chance in someone's 'word'....well I did and so happy I did! And I decided to combine 3 projects in one hit! Mr. Mike shared his expertise, his feedback and recommendations. I then worked with Ms. G and she helped me with texts, pictures, calls and her recommendations to narrow my choices! During these times we were able to do everything electronically with the few times I chose to drive down in person! Tornatile and their staff were punctual, professional, consultative, HONEST and a true pleasure to work with. Oh... and the patience like no other, there were times I couldn't even deal with myself! They have a client for as long as I need floorIng or referrals! I honestly believe their customers turn into friends as I have! The work they did was such a 180 compared to what I had that I could cry! Mr. Mike and the Tornatile team are people of their word and I appreciate them resorting my faith that there are STILL good people out there that care more about what they represent and their word than just another job! THANK YOU for making my home a happy home and looking forward to the NEXT project!

The pricing was great and competitive for the market! But the service and efficiency was exemplary. They started the demolishing and renovations quickly. If I had any issues contacting the GC with my concerns was no issue, he understood exactly what I wanted and how I wanted it. Everything turned out beautiful and exceeded my expectations! Unfortunately, once the project moved into the scheduling and installation phase, the experience became extremely disappointing. The quality of the installation was poor. The carpet edges were not finished properly, and the bullnose trim on the steps was installed very poorly. The workmanship did not meet basic expectations. What was most frustrating was the lack of accountability afterward. Once corporate payment had already been processed, communication completely stopped. My calls and text messages were never returned. Good contractors stand behind their work and maintain communication even after payment is received. Unfortunately, that was not the case here. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company. Go to the Hard Rock in Bayside so you can see their work first hand.

They truly made the ideas in my head come to fruition. The wall-to-wall, ceiling-to-floor wardrobe they designed for our small Miami Beach apartment, opened a whole new world when it came to space-saving and just adding class to our room. My entire family absolutely adores the extra space that they have for their personal effects. I am amazed at the spaciousness of the drawers that allows me (and our girls) to keep them organized, not having stuff everywhere. Roger was truly amazing throughout the entire process (even after full-payment). Never once did I have an issue getting ahold of him. He did everything he said he would do, and when I would call him with a new idea, he would implement it without complaint. Roger truly goes above and beyond to make sure that everyone is satisfied and the work is absolutely perfect! In fact, there was an issue with the floor not being laid properly which created a big headache in getting the wardrobe to line up straight. Roger and his crew had to spend additional days and money to make sure it all looked perfect to their standards at no extra charge to us. My husband and I were blown away by his kindness and professionalism. He truly takes great pride in the work he does. Thank you so much, Roger & Team. I will definitely be in touch with my next project once I dream it. But for now, we will all be enjoying this amazing wardrobe you designed and built for us.
