If you're looking to remodel your home don't come here. The employees are too busy socializing with themselves- talking, laughing loudly- to realize a potential client has walked in. Not to mention I was not the only one ignored, a few others were walking around some asked for help and another person asked for water and they were ignored. My friend and I went here yesterday in search of tile for her new kitchen backsplash. We had been to 4 stores before this one and she was ready to give up because she couldn't find the right color tile. It had been super frustrating to have to look through tile board samples that were 6 layers deep in no particular order (color, style, material). Right off the bat, USA Tile & Marble beat the other stores because they had all of their samples displayed on shelves across the wall. We could easily see everything without thumbing through stacks of options. My friend found what she was looking for fairly quickly and the price was much better than we expected. We appreciated being able to browse without a salesperson following us around, but were also able to get pricing and ordering information at the central desk when we needed it. I can't end this review without mentioning the amazing selection of tile, granite, flooring, etc. that they have there. And they have some of the most original and beautiful things that I have ever seen. I will be coming here first when it comes time to remodel our bathroom. read more

Questionable Business Practices, and Mediocre Customer Service. I bought tile from them a few months ago that ended up taking longer than they said it would arrive. The sales rep that helped us buy the tile was unavailable to update us for almost 3 weeks during that time because she was out of town, and no one else was able to help us during that time she was out, which left us wondering when our tiles would arrive. Mind you, we had already hired a contractor to do work for us and he was waiting for the tile to be delivered so that work can be done. We almost lost our contract with the contractor, bur eventually we got the tile delivered. Fast forward a couple of months and we needed extra tile, and the sales rep told us that the tile company that fabricated the tile is making less of it due to being discontinued eventually, and we will have to wait until they tell them WHEN the tile will be fabricated, which was fine. However, I spoke with the sales manager and she said that that particular tile can be discontinued at anytime regardless if we put in an order or not, which is ridiculous. So essentially we were waiting around for a tile that they can't confirm whether it would be fabricated and sent to them, and they still had the tile in their show room to sell to customers. The sales manager had no issue with this, saying that "we're a business". The sales rep told me that the fabrication pf the tile was a matter of WHEN, while the sales manager told me it was a matter of IF it would be fabricated. So someone is either lying or is misinformed. I gave them this feedback for future customers and they ignored the recommendation. Either way, i bought our tile elsewhere with much better customer service and better pricing. Bottom line, ask before you buy from there if a particular tile is going to be discontinued or delayed, or else you'll be in a situation like I was. read more

I stopped in looking to tile my semi enclosed balcony. I was greeted by salesperson that was very helpful. I took a few samples home and decided to go with a 24x48 smooth porcelain tile that looks of terrazzo which was one of the samples. My installers picked up the tile and finished the job. I get home walk on it and immediately knew this is not what I selected it felt like walking on sandpaper. So, they decided to switch the finish and not inform me. I'm extremely upset. I'm very disappointed with the way the Warehouse Manager (Robert Gonzalez) handled the situation today. I didn't get what I came in for but Alain, the young man with the spiky hair at the warehouse office, was able to help me as much as he could and found two tiles that I can work with. I don't know who I need to speak to about Robert, but I hope my feedback makes it to his superiors. He was incredibly rude, dismissive and unwilling to even empathize with the situation I was in. There were various moments when he was yelling at me and waiving his hands in my face, this is unacceptable and the only reason I will be taking my business else where. I want the company to know however, that am VERY SATISFIED with ISABEL! She has been incredible throughout the process and has always been respectful, patient and understanding, even when we run through the door right before you close. If it wasn't for the experience I had with Mr. Gonzalez today, I'd undoubtedly continue to do business here, but I can't support a company that treats its customers like that. There is a God and her name is Maria Esther! A new construction project can be a nightmare and she has made this part of the project run smooth as silk. She has been available from day one to answer questions and give us guidance and expert advice. I wish I had known her before because my experience at other tile places have not gone this good. Although, the front desk girls can seem aloof, they are not sales, they handle the paperwork. I can see that they can be a turnoff when you walk in, perhaps management could work on that. My sales person Maria Esther more than made up for that. I had a BIG project and I did not experience any mishaps whatsoever. Every time I called to arrange for a pickup I was able to get it the same day. The warehouse was amazing, courteous to no end. All around a Five Star place!! read more

Doral location way over priced. Some by $4-$5 per square foot for engineered wood. Pompano location even worse. Quoted me two prices for two styles of engineered hardwood. Requested to order never received invoice to pay. Went to store to confirm purchase and was told prices given cannot be honored. Then told one price could, but not in stock and need to check with other customer pre-orders. BIG FAT LIE! I found another flooring store that sells same product and was told the distributor has over 10k of available sq ft in stock. Bought an Italian Porcelain tile, I am not happy at all with the quality of the tile. It was supposed to be excellent quality, and it is Not!!!. It gets stained very easily and it is impossible to remove the stains. The price was over $5 per SqFt and is the worst investment I have ever done. Horrible, Horrible, Horrible. I ordered and paid for tile from this company a MONTH in advance. 2 days before the due date, they called me to please pick it up. Once I went in to the warehouse, they told me they could not give me the tile I had already paid for because they needed it to fill a bigger order that was placed after mine, and where the customer had not come in to pick it up. They upgrade this place to make it look presentable but trust me, this is cheap, low grade store. Reviews will always be bad for USA Tile. They're really bad. Stay away. read more

He didn't know we were coming and he immediately greeted us with a warm, patient demeanor. He was VERY knowledgeable and helped us figure out an amazing solution to a complicated problem. I have bought tile here many times. Today I called to see if a particular tile was in stock. I was asked to email pictures of it which I did. I got no response. I called later in the afternoon and could not get a human being on the phone and was stuck in their maddening automated answering system. After an eternity I finally got a human on the phone who was clueless and after a 6 minute hold my call was transferred to someone's voice mail without even anyone coming back on the line.
