I was impressed with the reformer machines and everything was always so clean. What sold me was the 60 class deal. It was much more affordable than what I was paying at the other studio. I love having the flexibility to sign up for classes when I have time. I was even able to bring my hubby with me to class (text to arrange an extra booking) Bookings done on the MINDBODY app. I believe new classes get posted every 2 weeks. If a class is full, join the waitlist! There's a high chance you'll eventually get in! My favorite instructor is Kimi- she's clear with instructions, gently corrects our posture when we're a little off and challenges us. She also offers modifications depending on our comfort level. If you like extra spicy classes, definitely book Kylie's classes!! Vennu is more than just another pilates studio- they host fun events and the community is really welcoming. Follow them on Instagram for latest updates and special events!

I joined back in 2022 when I lived in San Bruno, and there was even a time when I was unemployed that I would come twice a day. This studio offers a huge variety of classes, and the instructors are truly the best - so passionate, knowledgeable, and motivating. I've also gotten to know the owner, Leila, and I have the utmost respect for her for creating such a welcoming, community-centered space. She's always open to feedback and is constantly looking for ways to elevate the experience and make sure members are really getting their money's worth. Overall, I recommend this place to anyone who wants to be challenged, build strength, and find a supportive community. With so many different class styles, there's truly something for everyone!

I've been patient with my goal of becoming a yogi, but I always felt like something was missing--like hands-on guidance from teachers, longer classes, and more advanced poses. Now, I'm genuinely excited to practice yoga every single day. Thank you, Nandi Yoga!

It was a breeze checking in and ahhh the liability waiver at the front. It was a sweet space with see through window from the lobby. I brought my baby boy and he had an absolute blast crawling around and meeting little ones like himself. The yoga session was perfectly tailored for moms and Meredith was so accommodating with different yoga poses, making sure we breathed in and out, holding my baby at one point since he started fussing, and giving position adjustments. The practice was very calming and I loved the flow. The other moms were so sweet and welcoming. I highly recommend this class to any new moms, it was so energizing and comforting!

The studio recently closed for about 10 days to replace the floor mats. While they were closed, I went to another studio in a nearby city to do Inferno Hot Pilates. It had a much larger space. I thought it was kind of neat, but I noticed that almost everyone did not speak to the person near them. During the class no one made any noises. There was no "hooting and hollering." Even when the instructor asked how everyone was doing, no one said anything. The classes were ok at first, but by the 3rd class it became boring. There are a lot of regular yogis at Sangha. We are friendly and we talk to each other and to the new people if they want to talk. If you're new, you're encouraged to go at your own pace. You rest when you need to rest. We also "hoot & holler." There's a lot of energy in the class that makes it fun. We get energy from each other & the good music. The more yogis there are the more fun it becomes. It doesn't matter if you're what type of body shape you have. No one cares. The regular yogis also come in all shapes & sizes. We're all just trying to be healthy & have fun. The studio is clean. The instructors are always cleaning the floor mats & mirrors. There's no weird odors. You will not be lying in someone else's puddle of sweat. The owners/instructors are super friendly. This studio is very welcoming.

I just hit my two-month mark at J8, and I'm genuinely so grateful that I found this place…read more I've tried so many different studios and workouts in the area, but the way I've fallen in love with J8 feels so different from anywhere else I've been. The community, the instructors, the professionalism, and especially the structure of the classes have all made such a huge difference for me. I regularly take the 8 PM Inferno classes with Aiko and Melanie and the 7:30 Pilates Sculpt with Sam, and I absolutely love them. The class is challenging (as it should be!), but the instructors and the community really push you, encourage you, and somehow get you through those moments when you're questioning why you signed up for this . I was honestly pretty nervous to start coming here, but I'm SO glad I did. I can genuinely say I look forward to coming to class with my friends. The studio itself is always clean, the owner is kind, and incredibly welcoming, and the playlists are always . You can really tell that there's so much thought and care put into the experience. Thanks j8!

I've been going to the Hot Sculpt class every Saturday at 8:30 AM and I really enjoy the classes!…read moreThey're challenging but so much fun. I did want to mention the music because personally, I haven't been loving it in some of the recent classes. I think music makes a big difference in how motivated I feel while working out. I'm more into throwbacks and R&B and personally would love a little less EDM. But that's just my preference! Saturday class was actually really good... I really liked the music and it made the workout way more enjoyable for me. I also tried adding some songs to the Spotify playlist but it wouldn't let me. It would be cool if members could request songs or maybe vote on what kind of music they want before class. I also think themed classes would be so fun! Like a 49ers Day, Pajama Day, different music themes, or even a Breast Cancer Awareness class next month. Little things like that could make the classes even more fun and bring everyone together. Just wanted to share a little feedback on the music and some ideas that I think could make the classes even better. I will always be back 8:30 am Saturdays!

They provide quality yoga mats, blocks, blankets and bolsters so you can focus on your flow if you're new and don't have equipment. I've been attending classes here for a few months now and have found an instructor for every mood. Stephenie's evening classes are perfect when I want a slow, meditative flow. She gently guides us through poses and holds each one long enough for my body to fully sink in. I always leave her class feeling loose and limber. Joann's morning Hatha class is great for de-stressing. The sequences are simple but rejuvenating. We move through meditations and breathing exercises at a leisurely pace. When I want more of a challenge, I go to Josh or Tiffany's Vinyasa classes. They seamlessly flow us through faster-paced flows focused on breath and building up to more advanced arm balances or backbends. Both are so encouraging and help modify poses for all skill levels. I come out of their classes energized and empowered. Overall it's a gem for anyone looking to establish or deepen their yoga practice. I feel lucky to have discovered this oasis in my neighborhood!
