There were some major issues that needed to be fixed and Mike did not take any shortcuts, he was very transparent from start to finish. Once we signed on, Renz stayed in touch with us as we worked to secure our financing for this and a couple of other home projects, but he was never overbearing or pushy - just politely checking in. He was quick to respond if we had any questions or updates. Kevin and his crew showed up right on time and worked incredibly efficiently and nearly. We unfortunately had a lot of rotted thin plywood underneath our shingles - Kevin gently explained the added cost and made the arrangements to get it done. Despite the unexpected need for an enter re-deck, the crew got everything done within the day and cleaned up beautifully. The ability to see regular progress updates from their photography of the project was extremely helpful, especially the video demonstrating why the redecking was necessary. There was a small mishap with ceiling panel in the garage due to a rotted piece of plywood, and Kevin had a crew out the very next morning to patch and repair.
