Kelly is our wonderful staff contact at the Help Unlimited Ventura office. Our primary caregivers are Josephine, Mercedes, and Molly whom we have had for years and whom we trust completely with our Mom's care. They have become like family. They, together with additional supporting caregivers, have always been there for us each day and also whenever Mom has had a medical issue or needed 24 hour care. The Help Unlimited staff is readily accessible, and communication and coordination are outstanding. The caregivers' detailed automated notes to us about Mom's day are an invaluable feature of this company. We highly recommend Help Unlimited!

Monica was an excellent rep for Pacific Senior Care. She was quick to reply, efficient and was available by text, call or email. Their rates are reasonable and they seem to do a great job at vetting out their caregivers. We needed them on short notice and unfortunately they didn't have anyone available in a 48-hour window, however, Monica went above and beyond, found a different company and put me in touch with them! She really cares. She put my father's needs first and I can guarantee I will recommend her and Pacific Senior Care in the future. We will also be using them in the future as my father mostly needs weekend assistance.

From day one they've been warm, attentive, and truly feel like family. My grandma has had home health care from several agencies before, but this is the first time it doesn't feel transactional. The care team genuinely care and pay close attention to her needs, big and small. Management is fantastic -- very responsive and easy to reach. Communication and attentiveness are their strengths. Any request or question we have is handled promptly, no chasing or follow-ups needed. They've also been amazing at helping us coordinate directly with my grandma's primary care provider, which takes so much stress off our family. Adrienne, Emily and Nessa are our favorites! After trying many other services, this is the one we hope to work with every single time. If you need care for a loved one, I can't recommend them enough.
