Hi, I am a Service Coordinator at Tri-Counties Regional Center (TCRC). I had the pleasure of working w/Stacy Apolinar here at TCRC, she was a great cubie mate, but a better co-worker. When she left TCRC and took a position at 24HR Homecare, I know TCRC lost a great SC, but knew 24HR gained a great Community Partnership Manager! Stacy has been beyond helpful with providing the answers when I need help. Stacy has walked me through some tricky billing questions & issues I have had, and Stacy provides me updates when I may have follow up questions. Stacy genuinely is a sweet person, she will always let me (the agency) know when 24HR is hosting a back-pack giveaway, or when 24HR is having a Christmas gift donations for our Ventura community members. All of my clients are very pleased with the delivery of service and customer service rendered to them. Angie and Sonia are a pleasure to work with and are always very pleasant and helpful. It has been my experience that Angie does a great job in seeking respite providers that are a perfect match with our families. I had one particular case where a family wrote a letter stating that, "the child's behaviors had greatly improved, slept better at night, and was much happier now...the respite worker had been a positive influence in this family's life". It has been a pleasure to work and collaborate with Stacy from 24 Hour Home Care. She is very kind and always willing to help and support the work of our organization. In December, Stacy and 24 Hour Home Care donated stockings to our organization and we were able to provide families with presents which brought a lot of smiles during the holidays. For our back-to-school event, they also donated backpacks to our organization that we were able to provide to families.
