This is nothing compared to other home health services we have had after falls, which has typically been 16 sessions (usually they provided 2 sessions a week for a month, then renew for another month). To make matters worse, I contacted Apria's corporate office and learned that Oxnard is required to get authorization from patients before storing payment details--which they absolutely did NOT do. This is a blatant violation of trust and proper billing practices. If this isn't credit card fraud, I don't know what is!
