Attempting to squander my time, fuel, and money merely for a brief glance. The woman I was speaking with on the phone, named Chloe, was quite disrespectful and yelling into the phone. What a customer service experience that was. I would like to rate this a zero due to all the frustration. To anyone reading this review, I strongly advise against wasting your time and money on this shady dealership; look for a different Kia dealer that won't cheat you. Most importantly though, Tom told me to call him anytime I had a problem, especially if the check engine light came on. I've done so twice, and he always tells me to come right in, and will even do a quick repair. They are both wonderful - knowledgeable, trustworthy, pleasant, and super helpful. They stick to their word, and I trust them completely. I would send any of my family or friends to them without a second thought - they're the absolute best-case scenario for a used car dealership. We had bought the car at a suburban Boston dealer who will not be named. That dealer tried to say that the issue was normal wear and tear, even though the folks at Mazda USA said it was a manufacturer's fault. The Boston dealer was extremely rude and dismissive. We will never go there again. Turn the page to Mazda Cape Cod; they were friendly, understanding, and professional. They fixed the problem immediately. I cannot say enough good things about this Service Department, and special commendations to Corey German, Rafael Hernandez, and the technician Daryl Delancey. And thanks also to Mazda USA.
