If there's one thing that teenage girls will always get excited for, it's ice cream, chocolate, and fudge. We saw the Kilwins and had to come in. Beautiful store. Very friendly folks who knew a lot about their wares and helped guide me to what the best choice was for me. I got some sort of buckeye and a Dubai chocolate fudge or something. Whatever it was, it was absolutely delicious. High quality chocolate that melted in your hands if you didn't eat it fast enough. Presumably that means there were less preservatives in there. I can dig that. The visit it was quick, but it was lovely. Pensacola never used to have quality places like this, but I guess my little old hometown is growing up. I'm glad to see it.

If iced coffee is listed as an option, it would help if the staff were more familiar with how to prepare it. Our server had to come back and ask for clarification, and what I received felt more like a flavored iced coffee with a shot rather than a true iced double espresso. I also had to add my own cream, which made it seem like hot coffee might be more their specialty. The food itself was solid, though a bit on the pricey side. The scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, and toast were decent. The poached egg with salmon on grilled eggplant and arugula was tasty, and the home fries were a standout--unexpectedly excellent. Service was attentive and kind throughout, which I appreciated. However, the wait time after ordering was noticeably long, and there was a 3% convenience charge for using a debit card, which was noted on the receipt. I don't typically give less than 4 stars, but this feels like a place that could easily improve with some small adjustments.

It was clean and tidy and decorated as you would expect a chain ice cream place to be decorated. Before leaving, I made sure the young lady taking the order had all the details correct, and she did. When I arrived to pick up the cake, it was missing the toppings I had requested to decorate the top of the cake. No problem, the girl working that morning fixed it pretty quickly. She brought it back out and asked how it looked now. I said great, and started to leave, just then I noticed it said "Happy 18th Birthday" not "Happy 8th Birthday." Please fix this... they did and they double checked the order, it was supposed to say 8th. The cake itself was good.
