We were all shocked at how full our dishes were. Tonight we went out of our way to visit the ice cream shop before heading out of town. We brought it to the attention of the "kids" working here and were told "that's how someone taught me to do it." When you order a dipped waffle cone, it should be a $2.50 up charge. Instead of doing that, they are doing an up charge to the waffle cone and then charging again for the waffle cone with the dip. So, a $6.99 small is not a $9.48 total, it is a $10.48 total. While I understand it $1, over time with a large family, it is costing us way more. On an ambiance level, I prefer this location to the downtown 5th Avenue location. It is smaller and not as busy. I also swear their ice cream tastes better. Overall, I'd give it a five star rating if they trained their staff appropriately.
