After the first missed appointment, I gave the owner the benefit of the doubt. I purchased a Groupon for a car detail and scheduled my first appointment for July 4 at 10:00 a.m. No one showed up. I finally reached out and was told an employee had called in sick. While it would have been nice to have been notified before I wasted my time waiting, I understood and agreed to reschedule. We rescheduled for July 5 at 3:00 p.m. Unfortunately, the exact same thing happened. By 3:15 p.m., no one had arrived, and I had to reach out again asking for an ETA. I continued receiving messages that the owner was trying to get ahold of his employee, but there was never any proactive communication, no arrival, and no solution. After waiting through two missed appointments, I canceled. What disappointed me most wasn't that things went wrong--it was how they were handled. There was no meaningful attempt to make up for the inconvenience, no offer to prioritize my appointment, no discount on a future service, no refund, and no acknowledgment beyond a simple "sorry." My time was treated as if it had no value. I ended up having to fight for a refund for a service I never received, after setting aside time on two separate days. Had the owner made any genuine effort to make the situation right, I probably wouldn't be writing this review. Unfortunately, the lack of accountability and customer service left me with no confidence in this business. I sincerely hope this was an isolated incident, but based on my experience, I cannot recommend booking with this company.
