These reviews are not disgruntled tenants - I've lived in rental properties for 10 years now and this is the only place I feel compelled to actively warn people from YEARS LATER. You can leave the place spotless and they will find anything and everything to get as much money as possible from you. Want to challenge that $1200 paint job that was unnecessary, or the $30 light bulb, or the $200 fee to clean the microwave that you already cleaned when you moved out? They'll send collection notice before you can finish reading their poorly written damage deposit return statement. I've said it it other posts, do your research. Go look at the other aliases for this company and check the Oregon public records. These people are crooks, I just wish I had the time and money to take these people to court.

Whoever was living there lost that place, and/or the owners kicked them out or they bullied them out, (I really don't know) just rumors I hear. But bottom line is this; they got a free home made a $15,500 profit, and this is the best part, the lot rent for this home is $641 a month. I own a 2017 Palm Harbor also and My lot rent increased from $817 to $894, in less than a year seems completely fair. They actually know exactly what they're doing, so I applaud them!!! Bravo! You should be ashamed of yourselves. Its disgusting they way you show absolutely NO consistency. NONE! And take someones home? Who the Hell is OK with this? Let me end with some warnings: beware of loose dogs that attack, don't expect the managers nor owners to enforce any correction to a foreseeable problem with an animal getting out, and don't expect them to follow their own rules. VETCare is the only transitional housing that provides so many services under one umbrella. It also provides housing assistance for when they transition out and has followed up for 6 months, a work assistance program, with the HVRP Program (Homeless Veterans Reintegration Program). They also have the Sargent Fox Suicide Prevention program. The Director Roy is phenomenal! Can't find a better program for Veterans who want to be clean and sober!
