Outstanding Service from a True Local Family Business! I…read morecouldn't be happier with the service I received from A+ Carpet Cleaning. As a small, family-owned business local to the Portland area, they truly go above and beyond for their customers. From the very first phone call, Chantal was professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful. She responded to my follow-up email promptly and with the same level of care. When I explained my situation, Mike (the owner) personally squeezed me into his already busy schedule for the very next day -- even driving out of his way to my home in Sandy. The travel fee was more than worth it for the quality of service I received. I had a particularly tough biohazard pet stain (not urine, but still a real challenge). I had already tried cleaning it three times myself with a home carpet shampoo vacuum with zero success. Mike assessed the situation right away, recommended the perfect combination of services and products for my specific issue, and completely resolved it. The results were incredible -- the stain and odor are completely gone. A+ Carpet Cleaning delivered excellent, professional work from start to finish. If you're in the Portland area and need carpet cleaning you can trust, look no further. I highly recommend them and will definitely be calling them again!

Timeliness: Got our chairs back to us a week earlier than we had discussed. Quality of work: Chairs look brand new; picked up and delivered with care. Price: not the least expensive option we saw but given the reviews and communication we received from the start, we knew it would not be money wasted. I did not think their pricing was unreasonable. The carpets were in good shape already - this was just a mandatory move out cleaning of a house we rented for a short time until our new home was ready - but they did a thorough job and everything looks great. I was worried about the 4-hour arrival window, since we've already moved out and I didn't have time to sit and wait in an empty house that long, but I easily reached customer service agent who assured me I'd get a text when the cleaning team was en route to our address, and if their ETA was faster than we could get there, I only had to call and they'd ensure the team knew to wait. That's exactly how it worked out - easy peasy! I've used Stanley Steemer before in other cities as we've moved around, and the Portland team is among the best I've encountered.
