They have to exhibit not only an exceptional product but do it consistently. Kerri is the consummate professional yet very friendly and personal. Fast and prompt in returning emails and phone calls. Can be aggressive when needed in going after what you want. Very flexible. Was able to meet us last minute on several viewings. Quickly understands what your style is and what you're looking for. Had the inside scoop on West Linn as she's lived there for 20 years. Showed us a bunch of houses in our style and price range that weren't even on the market yet. My brother, my close friend, and I all used Kerri recently and we couldn't be happier. What really sets her apart from other real estate agents (most are going to be nice and professional) is that she really seems to understand the current state of the market. My brother listed his condo (south waterfront) with her for a lot more than what the prior real estate agent had quoted as proper selling price just a few months prior. It sold pretty easily. The house…read moreis in a gated community and she couldn't be bothered to give me the code so that I could even move in. In fact, she never even contacted the sellers to get the code. She just dismissed it. Never mind I had all sorts of people coming at all times to help move. She told the sellers we had to go thru the realtors for specific issues (involving rent), then she sent an email to my realtor complaining about it. I had to rent for 2 months and she wouldn't even give me all the keys and openers. And at closing, I still didn't get all of the openers. And on a total side note, (this didn't affect me at all) but the color brochures she had out at the property were full of wrong information. You can tell it was a copy and paste job and not from a similar property. I would never trust her to represent me and my property. If I ever see her name on a property I'm looking at, I will walk away because working with her is not worth the frustration.
