I went there to get an estimate on making my two front seats heated. The price was reasonable to me. To make a long story short when they were done installing the heat in the seats I was pleasantly surprised. The final price was a lot cheaper than was quoted. I was really happy. The owners reason was that while everyone was raising prices she was lowering hers. It makes a lot of sense to do that because it will drive more customers to have work done. Maybe she will start a trend??? I certainly will send everyone I know there. They were very nice and did a great job on my seats. Will definitely have my work done there from here on out. read more

WOW! 100% AMAZING! Where do I start? I guess the beginning is usually best. I struggled to find a special headliner installer that would take on my vehicle. After seeking advice and discussing with the staff at Coach Craft (CC), they agreed to tackle the job. With several rings of samples, the CC rep walked out to my car with me and took their time helping me select the color/pattern/tone/etc. of the headliner. She even went back in to pull actual material for comparison to ease my selection. With the decision made, an appointment was scheduled. I dropped the vehicle off and put keys in drop box on Halloween (Sunday) for a Monday install. Monday afternoon came and I received a phone call from CC that the material chosen was delaminating while being installed. CC didn't want to let my vehicle out with a potential issue; they wanted it to be right. They immediately ordered/overnighted new material. Clearly they stand behind the quality of material & installation. This open & honest communication was very comforting to me knowing I would not get a half ass, but top notch job. Upon picking it up, I found the headliner to be perfectly installed; arguably better than what the factory provided. CC are passionate about the quality of work they do. And it shows with the satisfied customers they have talking it up, thus leading to the continuous amount of work they have. Good communication is what most businesses lack. It's rather sad really. Rest assured at CC you'll get top notch communication, high grade quality materials, professional installation, and a price that's VERY fair.
