I've been stressed and worried about finding work elsewhere. Compared to the quality of Brooks Brothers clothing, nothing I had came close. I called and made sure Eric was working, came on over and he was absolutely awesome at helping me out. I told him my needs and my lack of knowledge in the professional business apparel world. He made sure to point out specials/promos they had, gave me excellent advice and comparisons on selections, styles, colors. This was also my first time shopping at any Brooks Brothers. He was kind enough to stay a little past his scheduled time to finish the transaction and take care of me. I came in not confident, stressed, worried about looking good for the interview I had the next day. I left feeling confident and a lot less stressed knowing I had high quality and really good looking professional clothing. During the visit he had to help some other customers and gave them the same level of customer service. Highly highly recommend to anyone needing quality and professional clothing coupled with excellent customer service that is personable.

Corningware is like many other stores, you will find some great product and some great prices. But like many in other senses, there will always be a few over-priced items etc. Corningware is well known for the Corelle dinnerware. I have 2 sets myself and have purchased other things here. Plastic and glass snapware storage containers are my favorite and this is my go to place for that, I don't care about the price as they have the quality and selection. Like the fact they also carry a healthy selection and stock of replacement lids to Pyrex and many other things. They have plenty of sales that go on, Corelle dishes are sometimes buy 3 get 1 free or so on. Service is always on top of things here, but like my company the corporate expects a bit too much at times and service can and does sometimes borderline pushy or excessive. I'm usually a self-sufficient shopper and if I need help I ask. Even after explaining this to an employee once or twice on visits they still I guess had to do their job and explain all the different sales, check up on me every 2 minutes. It can be frustrating but has only occurred on a couple of previous visits. Never has occurred with the Store Manager though but we have talked and shared info, conversations about our stores and companies. Other than that minor service annoyance I don't mind coming in here. The store is always full, but very open at the same time, easy to navigate and a decent selection. They don't carry electric items last I saw and a small to medium selection of kitchen gadgets. Popular name brands that come to mind, OXO, T-Fal, Chicago Cutlery. I recommend stopping in here and I'm sure you'll enjoy the store and what they offer.

Once again employees are still extremely rude and for whatever reason they attract the worst customers I've ever met in my life they make you feel like you're being a thief no matter where you go even as you just walk through the door. There's no signage throughout the store whatsoever when it comes to figuring out what's down each aisle prices for the exact same things that you can get at Sam's are outrageously higher And I am honestly shocked that they don't offer scan and go. And just rambling alot of times but that's no big deal. All of a sudden he started making up things like I couldn't keep the box the kitty treats came in even though I bought the whole box. So as he ran them up he threw the boxes in the garbage. The lady in back of me also was l8ke what the heck! Next day I came & talked to the manager she said she NEVER said that & knew immediately who I was talking about. Everytime I go in there he tries to pull something else claiming it comes from higher ups. Ya....the voices in his head perhaps!!! Tonight I wanted to buy a six pack of water they were the gallon size & in plastic wrap & of course he claimed he had to open & ring each separately to which I said "NO YOU DON'T there's an open pk over here I ran to get the single bottle & told him to ring it up it's. He started to tell me I was being rude to which said no I'm not I've shopped here for years & never had to deal with this unmitigated nonsense before. I'm 71 & I just don't have the time or patience for this crapola. These are just 2 examples. Yes I understand it's hard for them to keep help because of pay but I'm not going to put up with whatever mental or emotional disability this young man may have! The manager seems like a very nice lady & she obviously has her hands full I really don't wanna have to go back to her again. I always enjoyed going in there now I tend to dread it.
