We went into Coach to ogle the Jonie 22 and the Grammercy tote. Simply gorgeous! The store is nicely kept & well lit. The bags are displayed beautifully. There are also bag charms on display. This store also has an engraving machine. The service is excellent. We asked questions concerning upkeep of bags and were answered. Coach really does not have a repair or refresh option of their bags. Ugh! I can say, Coach bags last forever. Mine is now vintage, Summer of 2004. read more

Great location right inside the Mall at Millenia. Easy to access on the first floor not far from Cheesecake Factory. It's a small store but they always have update styles that are on trend. Claudia is always a gem. Very, knowledgeable, friendly and patient. She's never pushy and always makes you feel welcomed! Prices are normal Coach prices. Store is clean and organized. I have been to this particular Coach Store three times. At each visit I had on my arm a Coach bag which was at least $400 or more. At each visit I was treated with no respect and looked down upon. Every single employee in this store is extremely snobby!! Yes, it is The Mall at Millenia; however, I was treated excellently at Dior and Chanel (both are a good deal more expensive than Coach)! I love The Mall at Millenia and I love Coach. I have so many Coach bag it's difficult for me to keep up with them all. I even have Coach snow boots - I live in Florida!!! But hey, you never know when you may go on vacation and need snow boots, right?! I am a Coach Preferred Customer, and I hate to break it to the employees in this store, but they are losing some serious commission with me! The ONLY reason I will ever step foot in this Coach store again is because they do have exclusive, limited edition bags which other Coach stores don't get in stock. It really does suck though that I have to make sure to be wearing perfect clothes, have every hair in place, have my Tiffany & Co. ring on, have my three Pandora Bracelets on, have my Chanel Make Up on, make sure my nails are perfectly manicured with Chanel Polish, and be carrying one of my more expensive Coach bags just to walk in the door - oh, and then still get treated like a second class citizen. What do you have to do to be treated with respect when you walk in this store? Honestly a pretty standard location for this chain. If you're looking for a run of the mill store for this high-end brand, you'll want to go ahead and pop in here. It's a small boutique vibe and has purses, accessories, and sunglasses. It's a great spot to see what's hot and new for the season and getting a handle on the new looks. Staff is friendly and happy to help you look, or let you browse if you want. They usually have at least two to three people working, so if you need some personal attention they can provide it. Pricing is retail standard, so you'll see everything from $50 wallets to several hundred dollar purses. It's clean, well organized, and I like the more minimal layout so you can see all the offerings without having to move anything out of the way. I'm not a fan of Coach... Like, at all. But, my girlfriend's mom is so we stopped in to get her some things for Christmas. We had been browsing in some other stores in Millenia and customer service was really lacking, unfortunately. Not at Coach! The salespeople were super helpful and nice while still allowing us to browse and take our time. They even showed us the sale section which was chock full of amazing finds for really great prices! We scooped up a really nice purse and a wallet for under $300! Definitely a deal. To top if off, we sat in their comfy chairs and waited for our gifts to be wrapped! It was nice crossing that not only off our list of things to buy, but also to wrap. Next time I need a gift for someone that's a fan of Coach, I'll definitely be back to this store! read more

I came to this store a week prior to my actual purchase to see what Coach was offering as it's been a while since we've had any time to stop in. It was near closing time and I set my eyes on a particular bag but couldn't find it in myself to make a larger purchase in such a short amount of time. A week passed and I kept thinking of this bag and made my way back in to the store - but the bag was gone! I searched every wall, examined every single bag on each shelf and none of them were hitting the "spot" like that bag I saw! Beraliz came to my rescue as I tried my damndest to explain the look, texture, and design of some bag I held in my hands for all of two minutes. We looked at a bag on the shelf which I thought maybe could be it, but I didn't get that butterfly feeling with it as I had last time. She decided to grab their tablet which has all photographs of the walls and layout of the store and I saw the bag! She was able to look up the bag and get me the exact color I wanted. I received it in the mail yesterday - wet box and everything. But the bag is magnificent! She is amazing for what she did! And I couldn't thank her enough. I love me some Coach. I usually go in just to browse... but I'm going to have to agree with the previous review in saying that this place is flat out pretentious and snobby. I always feel self conscious when going in and find myself worrying about what I'm wearing or how my hair looks. I honestly hate having to think that I don't look wealthy enough to shop at a place... The problem stems from their customer service. It's pretty much nonexistent if you don't look like you can afford Coach. Me being a young person in my 20s, who is usually donning jeans and a t-shirt... they usually don't see me as a potential buyer. I often find myself ignored or even worse shadowed by someone seeing if I have any questions. As for the product, I love Coach purses to DEATH. They are high quality and worth the splurge. They last forever. You can put them thru hell and they'll still look great. I know they are a trendy purchase, but I don't care. They are worth it! So if you're put off by having to deal with the snobbery of the Coach store, consider buying online or going to the Coach outlet... otherwise, suck it up and check them out! read more

This rating is for shoes, not purses at Coach. Don't get me wrong, I have plenty of friends who love their Coach purses, and I know they're high quality and stylish, but I haven't seen one that I HAVE to have. I was with a Coach fan and she wanted to take a quick peek at their new inventory. Why not? She started trying on shoes and I saw a pair that immediately peaked my interest - sexy, black platforms. Before I knew what was happening, I started trying them on too. I had no idea how comfortable and well made their shoes are. I bought a pair of platform sandals that are so easy to walk in I may use them to train for the next half. That started my new admiration for Coach- since then I've decided my feet want more luxe treatment. I ordered a couple of pairs online - they were delivered the following day (we're lucky to be so close to Jax). Service in the store and online is also topnotch. The sales associates bend over backwards to locate your size if it's not available in the store. They will also ship to your house at no cost to you. I had an inquiry after my online purchase and was shocked at the rapid response - less than two hours and I had an answer! Yes, the shoes are a tad costly, but they are really well made and designed for comfort. Also, Coach runs sales regularly, so you definitely have the opportunity to snag a great shoe at a reasonable price! read more
