I'm not known to be the extravagant lady. While I like things of champagne taste, as the saying goes, I enjoy such things on a beer budget. (Save more money for more fun...right?!?) That said, I also know that sometimes it is worth to pay more for the quality. Coach is no exception. My first Coach bag was a lovely gift, and I quickly discovered it was far superior in its craftsmanship quality to comparable companies, such as Kate Spade and Michael Kors. (Sorry...love your stuff too...but I speaketh the truth!) As most know, men and women alike, a good quality bag is very important in day-to-day life, as it needs to withstand all sorts of rigorous use and environments. So I was on a mission to find the right crossbody bag for daily use...easy to clean, and ideal for long distance travels...not too big, but big enough to accommodate all my crap! Ha! I eventually migrated over to Coach's website, and quickly settled on a bag that's presently on sale! Huzzah! I called the customer service line, asked a bazillion questions, then found myself in front of this Coach store the following day. (Yes, this was, in fact, NOT intentional.) "What the heck.", I thought. "Let's see what they have to offer." Immediately, I was warmly greeted, and expressed interest in the crossbody bag I had found online. The associate knew immediately what bag I was referring to as she confidently ushered me to the same style in store. The price I had noted online was also the same, and she advised all their products have a 60-day return policy - sale items or not. As previous reviews have stated, I never once felt pressured to buy this item, or any other, for that matter. The associate was very kind, helpful, and anything but pushy. Once confirming I did want to purchase the bag, she quickly retrieved a new one from the back, rang up my transaction, all the while keeping her positive attitude and friendliness in check. I've never felt so uncomfortable in a store. I visited Coach at Green Hills Mall in Nashville, TN. I walked in with 2 (not large) shopping bags on my wrist from other stores. I asked where the sale items were after finally being greeted. Both employees walked over and showed me. One asked if I wanted to keep my bags up front while I look around. I politely replied no and that I was fine. They still stood there and watched me like a hawk as I was getting ready to look around. I said nevermind, I think that it will be better if I shopped online and left. My boyfriend buys me matching Coach bags, wallets, and accessories all the time at the retail price. I'll tell him to stop. Our money shouldn't be spent with a company who thinks you're plotting to steal. read more

I won't address the absurdity of paying $300 or more for a purse made in China, but sometimes you're forced into doing things like this. Anyway, I went to this Coach store yesterday to buy a birthday present, and it was a good experience. The sales staff was great. They weren't pushy and they didn't try to talk me into buying crap that I didn't come there for. They let me walk around and take everything in and make up my mind. Anyway, if you're coming in here, you probably already know about the product and what you're there to buy. I just thought the staff deserved a little recognition for not being as disagreeable as you might expect from such a brand. read more

I like Coach as a company and I like that they stand by their products. This location is very nice. It is much bigger then the one in Franklin/Brentwood area and has a shoe section that the other one doesn't have. Prices are what you expect from Coach. But I love the staff here. There was a very nice guy that helped me pick out my purse and he was very helpful, nice so informative. He wasn't the least bit pushy and he kept to my budget and didn't try to push me into things I didn't want or wasn't looking for. read more

Well I'm just going to go to the point, when I was single I would buy anything i wanted and the price didn't matter, things changed now married with 3 kids, but maybe 2-3 times a year I buy myself something, my point is I have always been a huge fan and loyal customer for coach mens wallets, having 3 already, and always been happy I guess, till my wife bought me the last one for Xmas 2014, I don't know from what store location nor do I care, around January 20th I noticed the inside stitching on the far back side was coming undone, then I looked the back outside of the wallet and there was a tiny hole, it obliviously looked like poor workmanship, factory issue, I live in Columbia tn, 45 minutes to the nearest coach in franklin, so I drove there just to find out the store had closed for good, then I drove 40 more minutes with traffic to this store in green hills, I presented the issue to the sales girl, she interrupted me almost immediately saying there was nothing they can do there, I respectfully requested the assistance of the manager which to my surprise was standing not even 4 feet from us listening to everything without saying a word, i showed her the link on coach.com for the returns and exchange disclosure, and clearly states I can return it without a receipt to any (ANY, ANY, ANY STORE) and they would give me the lowest price point of sale for that month, I showed her the issue and SHE AGREED WITH ME there was an issue with my wallet, and she said there was nothing the can do because that's an "outlet only" model and I would have to take it there, then she followed by: "and i don't think there's nothing the will do", during those 5 minutes of me there, there was no yelling from both parties, no tantrums, we were both very respectful to one another, except the first young tall skinny girl, I requested the manager to give me the region's manager's contact info,which she did ((but what good is that going to do I thought, I did get her info but would it help? I don't think so I thought)) then she said: "look the best I can do is take the wallet from you and ship it to Florida to have it inspected, but that's gonna cost you $35 for shipping" the first girl interrupted me/us again saying: "I don't think they will do anything" then I said: "no thanks I'll just take my wallet back home but please understand it's not ok that a brand like coach would make a Customer pay $150+ for a wallet and not offer some kind of warranty, With that $35 for shipping I'll just go to Walmart and buy 3 wallets because at this point my coach wallet has the same value and integrity as one sold by Walmart" I left a business card with the manager there, so they know who I am and how to get in contact with me...very unhappy customer read more
