My friend and I dropped off our shoes for store owner Vahid on a Wednesday. He had a customer at…read morethe time but was quick to assist us as soon as he was done. Our shoes include a range of men/women shoes: Gucci loafers, Ferragamo loafers, Hermès sandals, Louboutin loafers, YSL Chelsea boots, Alexander Wang ankle boots and some other pairs of shoes. Most shoes are damaged at the bottom where the wood panel, leather bottoms or heels are wore out. One pair is more severe as the leather is detached from the sole. Vahid has done a fantastic job to give new life to the pair by patching some leather and reattaching the leather to the soles without much trace at all. Vahid is professional as he not only quickly identified the problems with each pair, he is also helpful in advising us how the shoes can be repaired and offering options for us to choose. Some shoes require new fully protected bottoms whereas some can last with just protected heels. Vahid chooses the best color to match the original shoes' bottom so that the layer is unnoticeable from the side. Overall we are very happy with Vahid's professional work!

They said the glue of the sole to the boot was really old and has expired and needs to be re-glued. I told them that they were given to me by my late mom and I am from out of town and I had to get them fixed. Normally it would take them a few days, but they were so kind that they expedited the repair and I was able to pick them up within a few hours. I am so impressed with Professional Shoe Repair. They are quick, and did an impeccable repair job. I highly recommend!

They told me to come in but I DO NOT FEEL SAFE AT ALL COMING INTO YOUR HEADQUARTERS AFTER THE PHONE CALL. I EVEN HAD TO BLOCK THEIR NUMBER BECAUSE OF THE HARASSMENT. So go on with your threats AND RELEASE THE UNTAMPERED version of the phone calls and footage of when I came in. They said that I was lying about the repairs that I wanted to get done. I have a physical copy of the receipt where Tony signs off on getting a repair done. Not a clean. If you can't fix my handbag, then don't say you'll fix it AND CHARGE ME FOR IT KNOWING YOU GUYS CANT DO ANYTHING THEN SAY THAT I'M LYING. Not only that, Tony and Kathy kept on going on about how horrible my handbag looked, to begin with. I brought in my handbag to get a tear fixed. And they didn't fix it. They said that "of course, it wasn't going to be fixed for $113". They were spewing lies saying that I was very stingy on price when I came in. They have footage of that conversation but refuse to release an untampered version of it. On top of Tony yelling at me, Kathy clearly didn't read my e-mail and just stated that I was lying. I asked her what service I paid for if they didn't want to fix my tear and she couldn't even answer it in the call. She was saying that they did nothing to my bag... even though I paid over a $100 for a service? I just got scammed. After that TERRIFYING PHONE CALL FROM THE STAFF, they told me to come in. I wasn't going to come in because I'm SO SCARED after that phone call. I DO NOT FEEL SAFE COMING IN AGAIN. I just opted for a full refund of $113 but they are only giving me back $90 because despite the physical evidence (receipt and bank statement) they claim that I only paid $90

I've engaged with Odeon Shoe Repair twice and used them once, just a couple of weeks ago. Both…read moretimes I experienced the worst customer service imaginable, but after seeing the actual work done it is almost comical that this store still exists. I brought in my backpack to have the zipper fixed, a job that took a couple of weeks. When I went to pick up the back I had the worst interaction I've ever had with an individual at a service location in my life. To add to that, after the man behind the counter told me he should have charged me more for the job I came home to find that he had fixed my zipper but somehow also took the flap the was originally outside my bag to cover the top and had sown it... inside the bag. You can't make this stuff up. Anyway, can someone please open up or refer me to a shoe repair or zipper repair place in Markham because this is hands down the worst service interaction I've ever had in my life.

I was looking for someone to repair my climbing shoes. Given a waiting period of over two months at…read morethe Ontario Resoles, I called this person. Specifically, I asked him if he "knows how to repair a climbing shoe." He confidently said yes, and charged me $180 for four tiny patches; Ontario Resoles charges $45 for half resoling. Firstly, I was shocked to see the patches and not resoling. Second, the patched rubber was super rigid and hurt my toes. Third, it started to wear off after a few climbs. Furthermore, they started to wear off after a few climbs. I called back, explained everything, and asked if he had repaired a climbing shoe before, to which he did not answer. He rudely ignored my concerns and implied he was better than Ontario Resoles (known for this work). He said, "get your shoes repaired by an expert and bring them back to me, and I will see if they can do better (than me). This is the best I can do for you." I honestly believe he lied to me that he was an expert in repairing climbing shoes. I am utterly disappointed; I should have purchased a new shoe with the money I wasted. Be careful when you choose this guy to repair your shoes, and NEVER EVER HAVE HIM REPAIR CLIMBING SHOES!!
