From the moment I walked in, the front desk team was super friendly and helpful. They made check-in easy and answered all my questions about scheduling and costs without any confusion. It's always nice to walk into a place where the staff actually seems to care. The dental assistants were great too and they were super professional and reassuring. I was very nervous to get a root canal but they made sure I was comfortable the whole time, explained what was happening, and checked in with me throughout the procedure. Also, after they took off my braces, I did teeth whitening and i found out that they didn't clean the glue off my teeth properly after taking the braces off so the whitening wasn't very effective. I still have pain chewing food till this day, the braces that they put for me weren't done properly.
