But now they have no more coverage because of the excessive charge on the visit that caused them the pain. So I'm not too sure what they are going to do and it's concerning. From the moment I walked in, the front desk team was super friendly and helpful. They made check-in easy and answered all my questions about scheduling and costs without any confusion. It's always nice to walk into a place where the staff actually seems to care. They even submitted my portion to the insurance so I didn't have to deal with it and only paid my portion which is super helpful financially. The dental assistants were great too and they were super professional and reassuring. I was very nervous to get a root canal but they made sure I was comfortable the whole time, explained what was happening, and checked in with me throughout the procedure. It made a big difference in keeping me relaxed. Dr. Singh was fantastic. He explained everything clearly, took his time, and made sure I wasn't feeling any pain. You can tell he really knows what he's doing, and I appreciated how calm and professional he was throughout the whole process. Overall, I had a great experience at Signal Hill Dental Centre. No one wants to get a root canal, but if you have to, this is definitely the place to go. Highly recommend Dr. Singh and his team! Not only did we get the chance to meet and greet, but they even had a "Fun" free introduction day for kids. They did the office up in Dr. Seuss theme, with a free goodie bag (including a full Dr. Seuss book!), tour of the dental chair and tools, face painting, craft stations and much more.
