He takes the time to listen to my concerns and with the upmost respect, helps me understand what is going on with my oral health. He is very patient with me. Dr. O. collaborates with me, to come up with a treatment plan that works best for ME. I can honestly say Dr. Tristan Ocampo is a very important apart of MY health care team. His staff are amazing. Kim is a sweet, caring, familiar face that I look forward to seeing each time I go to my appointments. For ME it is important to have consistency in staff as well as professionalism. That is what I get from my dental team at Brentwood Dental Centre, and that's what makes ME a loyal dental patient. The clinic I see Dr. Ocampo in is not where I started with him. He said we needed perfection. The last time I had my teeth cleaned, I was scheduled for 45 minutes, but it only took 30 min. and the cost was adjusted accordingly. Today, I was expecting that a crown would have to be removed in order to fill a cavity beneath it. The cavity was able to be filled without damage to the crown. Dr. Hwang explained what he was doing each step of the way. I felt comfortable during the procedure and would definitely recommend Dentists at Beddington Heights to others.

But the worst part is that the person who did their cleaning was so rough on their gums by their wisdom teeth that they have been in pain for a few days now and it's affecting their life quite a bit. I was hoping it was just sensitivity from the cleaning but it just seems to be getting worse days later. They had no pain in that area prior to this visit. But now they have no more coverage because of the excessive charge on the visit that caused them the pain. So I'm not too sure what they are going to do and it's concerning. From the moment I walked in, the front desk team was super friendly and helpful. They made check-in easy and answered all my questions about scheduling and costs without any confusion. It's always nice to walk into a place where the staff actually seems to care. They even submitted my portion to the insurance so I didn't have to deal with it and only paid my portion which is super helpful financially. The dental assistants were great too and they were super professional and reassuring. I was very nervous to get a root canal but they made sure I was comfortable the whole time, explained what was happening, and checked in with me throughout the procedure. It made a big difference in keeping me relaxed. Dr. Singh was fantastic. He explained everything clearly, took his time, and made sure I wasn't feeling any pain. You can tell he really knows what he's doing, and I appreciated how calm and professional he was throughout the whole process. Overall, I had a great experience at Signal Hill Dental Centre. No one wants to get a root canal, but if you have to, this is definitely the place to go. Highly recommend Dr. Singh and his team! They deal directly with my insurance provider and have always worked with me in terms of providing me with quality care within the bound of my coverage. They always consult with me when things may need to be done outside of that and we work out the best course going forward. I have always had a lovely experience there, but most notably through the pandemic where they have always had an eye toward the safety of both their staff and their patients. I cannot recommend them enough.
