So fun! Took my 2 kids and enjoyed playing and laughing as we were so bad at virtual golf…read more The data and video playback of our swings was fun to watch. Also, as we are each different level golfers, we really liked the ability to redo hits around the course so we could see how our data and swings looked by trying different approaches. Very interesting and fun. As a family - we will go back on rainy days for sure. As a guy who would like to be better at golf, I wish I could get a cheaper membership to just go in and practice on off times. I'm an earlier riser and also stay up late. I would use this a lot after the kids are asleep to run over for an hour and practice. Still, GREAT PLACE!! One of the owners was there and was so polite and helpful. We should support our locally owned businesses. You will not regret giving this place a try with a group of friends.

Can they turn them off during the day??? That creates wet/muddy surface to hit on all day. Nearly every shot I had the ball or grass was wet. Makes for a bad game. It's a nice, challenging course, but having to shoot around sprinklers all day is awful. In the future I would recommend NOT taking the drive for this mess. Wichita, Derby, and Andover have plenty of better options.

The frustrating part was I live about 45 minutes away and they didn't call or email us to tell us it had been cancelled they just let us show up and still weren't very upfront when we got there. I was sent someone else's LARGE order. After hours of hunting for this team on Facebook to let them know I had their uniforms, my friend and I were successful and found the team. I have sent out a handful of emails and have been on hold for hours. This poor team is playing games in t-shirs waiting for uniforms they worked very hard to fundraise for that weren't even delivered to the right person. I will be looking for a new company moving forward. VERY disappointed in their lack of customer service.

Besides that, they might as well post for shipping, you get it when you get it and not an actual date. There's literally no accountability. I feel like they have little to no contact with their vendor. Or their vendors just don't care what they think..... I am always told they are in contact with their vendor but then no update. The item just arrives when it does. If you are ordering, give yourself +2 weeks from ETA for a safe buffer, maybe even 3 weeks. They said a not acceptable past ETA is a couple of weeks. Eeek! The customer service is non-existent. They just repeat the same lines over and over again and at some point your order will arrive at your door with no shipping notification. I've ordered 4 times and not once have I been given a tracking number via email. The custom jerseys are thin which you expect for $20. The items are made in the Caribbeans from what I have noticed. Still waiting for my order, was told earlier this week contacted vendor will update you. End of week still no correspondence when following up. How lame! After Epic Sports replied to my review, I thought great they want to try to help. Nope, just trying to look good that they responded. It's literally just their marketing department sending me the customer service link to start a ticket. Literally marketing saying they can't actually follow up. I already contacted them twice the week prior. Not sure how giving me a link to what I already have completed is of any assistance.
