I contacted them 2 business days ago, and still have yet to receive a response. So I drove there…read morewhile I finally had time. However, I guess I am confused here by their pricing. Inside the location there's a sign that says "programming of the first remote $45, +$15 additional..." Then I'm told $55 per remote, and on my receipt it shows two remotes programmed @ $55/ea - while on the website (updated in 2026!) it states $55 for 1st Key / $25 for EACH (in caps even) additional. While I am grateful to have this service done, I'm uncertain how a business can have 3 different prices - I guess depending on who you deal with?

He responded in about 20 minutes. We firmed up the details via text and pictures. The appointment was set for Monday morning! He was professional and courteous, explained what he was doing, and kept me updated as he worked instead of just disappearing and leaving me guessing. When you're hiring someone to work on the locks to your home or business, you're not just paying…read morefor a service--you're placing your trust in them. That trust was completely broken in my experience. We agreed in advance that if the locksmith couldn't complete the job, I'd only be charged a basic service call fee. Simple, fair, and clearly understood. But when he couldn't complete the job, he suddenly changed his tune and charged the full amount anyway. This kind of bait-and-switch behavior is not just unprofessional--it's dishonest. I would strongly caution anyone considering this service to get everything in writing and be prepared for last-minute changes to pricing, regardless of what's agreed upon beforehand. Truth and integrity matter--especially when someone is handling access to your property. Backpedaling on a verbal agreement is unacceptable, and it speaks volumes about how this business operates. Proceed with caution, and get everything in writing if you decide to take the risk.
