Jordan arranged for their "furnace whisperer" to come out that same afternoon to take a look, free of charge. It was fixed within 30 minutes. I will say that there was a wiring snafu with the AC unit, causing it to short the fuse a couple weeks after we got it. Jordan had given me his personal cell number, so I texted him with the issue and he sent someone out that same day (literally the 4th of July, a Saturday).
