They have a rather small selection of ready-to-go meals, and I think they only get one delivery of pastries per day. But they're open early, they're open late, and their prices are good, in spite of being the only food option for the numerous hotels and upscale residential developments that have gone up nearby. A little pricey and not much of a selection, but ok to grab some small things for breakfast or whatever, which is what we did. If you're staying at the aloft, it's a bit of a walk (at least 15-20 minutes), or one stop on the DLR.
