It is a small store and does look smaller than what it actually is, however it does have a small amount of scan it yourself and regular tills, and you can still, of course gain Nectar points here. The isles are very narrow and the choices for drinks are quite poor, with the Tropicana and Fizzy drinks, lines mainly featured. For a train station, the prices do seem quite reasonable especially compared to WHsmith, but for everything else, the range is on the poor side and is not really worth a look in, they is even quite a few newsagents nearby or even WHsmith who would have a wider range of drinks, hence the 2 star rating. I wouldn't advise you to avoid this place at all costs but I wouldn't say to visit here either. Dissapointing for the Sainsbury's brand,

Their focus here is clearly on apartment ("flat" in Brit-speak) dwellers who have limited kitchen space and limited storage. For example, the packages of kitchen paper and toilet ("loo") rolls are in smaller quantities than the pallet-sized ones you generally find at full size shops. Large selection of pre-made "heat-and-eat" items, ranging from a full Indian meal with starters, mains and sides to whole roasted chickens. This Sainsbury's has a solid produce section with all the major items and the veggies all looked quite fresh. Sandwiches and salads and drinks and chips all up on display for a quick grab-and-go. I imagine this place gets quite busy during the lunch hours on work days.

The staff were lovely and would help with anything, I'm not used to this Sainsbury's as it was my first time coming but I know for sure I will be coming back. Staff actually have a clue what they are doing unlike some other Sainsbury branches. This shop has everything and I would shop here everyday if I could. I have medically diagnosed social anxiety and don't go out a lot, but you could approach staff slowly and speak to them as little as you want and they still would know exactly what you need. Overall if I could I would give this place infinity stars.

Although, as Amethyst says, the shop is large enough to have a decent range, there isn't nearly enough circulating room in my view, and the queues seem permanently long (in stark contrast to the Victoria or Paddington branches, for example). My last experience felt like something out of the game 'Twister' as, at 11:00 in the morning, (so hardly a peak period) I had to manoeuvre myself and my overnight bag past other customers, with lots of polite requests for others to move so I could actually reach the relevant shelf on the sandwich display. More contortions were required to navigate past yet more luggage-carrying passengers to the checkouts, and yet more to get out of the store. The simply act of buying a sandwich and paying for it took well over ten minutes, and others found the experience pretty stressful too. Next time I'll stick my head in and judge how busy it is before committing myself!

They had a small range of GF sandwiches including a Cheese Ploughman's (my favourite), they were hard to notice due to being on the top shelf, right at the back, so I had to get a member of staff to stand on a ladder and reach one down for me. My sandwich was quite pricey at £3.60 and unlike other sandwiches, it had little to no toppings on, normally it is filled with veg and things of that nature, but my sandwich was basically cheese, which honestly is barely what I ordered and certainly not worth the price. They is quite a few entrances and exits for this store, including one in the station and one to the street, If I recall correctly. The store is quite cramped and crowded but is still a nice place to go for some food to go when arriving in Euston, but the problem is posh Mark's and Spencer pricing including £3.60 for a measly gluten free sandwich. The checkout process is quite quick, and in Post Office format. Due to it's location and probably being one of the best places for go to food, the rating it deserves is probably 3 stars, but that rating is based solely on the location, if it was in a place with more to choose from or in the city centre, it would definitely get just 2 stars but its' location has won it a third.

One of the reasons I deducted one star is because one of the female cashiers came off as being rude. She said, "If you want a bag, you should've said so" with so much spite. What in the world was going on in her life that she had to take it out on a customer? Meanwhile, on the other spectrum, her coworkers went out of their way trying to help me find shelf stable milk since my hotel didn't have a fridge. So pros: convenient, helps save some money, some of the employees go out of their way to be helpful. Cons: At least one female cashier needs to be spoken to by management about how she talks to customers.
