I delt with Sam who was more than accommodating while I was in their shop. F.C.A actually had the car I really wanted; they were more than fair with my trade also which is something you never hear from. Up front and honest was the feeling I got from this shop and will buy from them again. I've had my car a bit over a month now and put on a couple thousand miles already with zero issues. I could not be happier with dealing with First Class Auto knowing that they do actually care about their customers satisfaction with the purchase of the cars rolling off the lot. So, if anyone would consider a used car or SUV I'd give these guys a look, you sure wouldn't find anyone as true and honest as these guys.

I was not made to feel as if I were a nuisance or that he was doing me a favor by simply taking my order, as is often the case with other customer-facing enterprises these days. This type of treatment helps ensure that I will look to this dealership first when looking for parts for my current Subaru or when again in the market for a new one.

When she insisted we go into the show room - I politely declined. On top of that, they said I have abnormal rust on the rocker panel and want me to pay $1200 to have it fixed. NYS Attorney General and BBB, here I come. I will be taking my car elsewhere because seems to me their mechanics have no idea what they are talking about and their warranty department is a total joke. This is my third and FINAL Subaru all because of Romanos Service Department. If you want to be a good Manager, integrity is everything so don't go back on your word.
