If you value your time, money, home, and peace of mind, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere. The work on our floors and dry wall required multiple return visits. After the second flooring visit, we told them the floor was still uneven and that the vinyl continued to pop up. On the third visit, a team member stepped on the area that was popping up and said, "There's nothing wrong!" After we insisted they open the floor, we discovered that cardboard packaging from the vinyl floor boards had been used underneath the floor to address the leveling issue... When we finally thought the flooring was finished, another problem surfaced. The trim at the top of our staircase that had been installed only about two weeks earlier came loose, and I fell down the stairs as a result. We then discovered that our replacement dry wall was visibly uneven and not flush with the existing wall. Even after their team came back to work on it, the transition was still not flush, if not worse! Regardless of whether subcontractors were involved, we hired Into The Woods to ensure the work was completed properly and ultimately hold them responsible. On top of having to repeatedly identify problems that should have been caught through proper supervision and quality control, the most frustrating part has been communicating with Into the Woods direct team members, especially their owner, Shamus. We constantly felt like our concerns were minimized and dismissed. Even if the work had been perfect, the interactions with the company throughout this entire process made us wish we never signed anything with them.

I noticed after the storm last night that hit my house, that my gutters needed to be looked at and cleaned out. I sent a message out through Yelp and received a phone call immediately from a lovely woman named Jean at Reset Roofing asking what it is that I need to have done at my house. I told her that I have a downspout that needs to be cleaned out and a couple of nails that need to be replaced on my gutters as the wind almost tore them off my house. She asked for my name and address and told me she was able to schedule me for a free consultation and that they could be out this afternoon. I told her that was wonderful. She gave me the name of the gentleman that would be coming out to assess the project, and his name is James Connor. James Give me a call when he was on the way to my house... He was also about 45 minutes early, which was fabulous! I showed him what needed to be done and he pulled out his ladder and tools and went right to work saying "this is a very easy fix" and "I can do it right now for you". I stood outside and watched him fix my gutters, dismantle the one that was clogged, emptied out the sludge, and put it right back together within minutes. Scott was informed Aug 2nd that we have a problem and require that he send someone to fix it. They came out and gave us a competitive bid and where on time for the estimates . Unfortunately, once the crew got started it just got off on the wrong foot. I came home early to find them cutting the floor without any fans running nor any finished areas protected from dust . This includes fixtures in the room , which then the installer turns on the fan which they covered in dust and promptly threw dust all over the ceiling (which was never cleaned ). Then installer showed us stain color and swore it was the same as our previous ...but turned out to be not even close ....the crew did a great job though installing floor quickly and resetting all appliances ...then we had a few other hiccups and the end result is now a cupping if all the new hardwoods they installed . Needless to say the execution of demo, install , and finishing was quick and looked good besides the poor matching of stain . So , we now have to figure out how to proceed with 3 kids in the middle of a school year ., one with severe asthma, one on two travel sports teams, and 2 working parents . Geesh this is gonna suck ...again Promised Stu I would update this review after they were more than accommodating with an equitable settlement . They completely owned up and were honestly a pleasure to deal with even through all the issues which could not be diagnosed.
