Good people, very accommodating, competitive pricing and quick service…read more However, I spent a good chunk of my change (100's of $'s) on new wheels and took them to be installed by 'Hi-Way' and was a little disappointed?! They used old rusty weights to balance and placed them on the outside of the rim? So, I opted to pay for rebalancing and inside weight placement at a competitor. Not to bad a deal but I now have scratches and unecessary marring on brand new (2 hour old) after-market accessories!! Maybe a risk at Any and/or All 'tire' shops. This is just what I experienced and wanted to share. Still a great local unbeatable business, just know what you are doing and be very specific when engaging! Respectfully, Maynard

I am very upset with this company. I brought my car in for new tires that I had already ordered. It…read moretook me a couple of weeks to get them installed due to a family emergency. When I finally came in, the tech told me I needed new lug studs, and then told me they would cost $380. Here's the problem: lug studs for my car cost about $3-5 each. I could have walked down the street and bought them myself, but the tech claimed I needed "special studs" because of my wheels. That's simply not true, a quick search shows my wheels use standard studs. To make it worse, they ordered the studs without asking me first. If they had asked, I would never have agreed to pay $30+ per stud. When I got home and reviewed the invoice, it was even more concerning. Instead of listing "lug studs," they billed me for a "brake adjuster kit" something completely different from what was actually replaced. My brakes weren't touched, so why does my invoice say that? This feels like a clear case of misrepresentation. I was effectively charged 10× the fair market price for parts, plus given an inaccurate invoice. When I questioned it, I was not allowed to provide my own studs at a fair price. I will not be returning to this shop and I am seriously considering disputing this charge with my bank. If you don't want to be upcharged for basic services or billed incorrectly, I recommend avoiding this place.

Then three months later I begin having major shaking problems while driving on the highway. After taking the car to a certified Honda dealer for service, I find out that the tires were mounted and balanced incorrectly and are completely worn down. Weights on some tires were 4 times what they should have been. Spots on the tires were completely worn down to the core, while others looked brand new. Now I have to buy ANOTHER set of new tires when this set had only 5,000 miles on them. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this company whatsoever. They don't know what they are doing. They're mistakes have cost me close to $1,000 in labor and repairs to replace the tires and align the car again. Not to mention that I could have been in a serious car accident.
