I went there for an alignment and balancing. they never screwed my lug in and i broke all 5 lug…read morescrews and my tire fell off denting my car frame. they tried to kill me. tire just fell right off after all my lugs broke and my car fell to the ground. called there and they said we didn't remove your tire. they didn't care they left a women stranded in shock after her car tire fell off and all lugs broke and ruined my car. use to go there all the time. the person who did my car had no clue what they were doing. they also said they broke my driver door and it would not open to take it to a body shop. I got in my car after they left window opened and drive to body shop opened the handle from the inside and it opened . they told me that it broke and I would need to put my arm out the window to open the car door. car door lock was fine when I arrived. also fine after I left there. I don't know who worked on my car but they really didnt know what the heck they were doing. Hope they werent under the influence. It was a nightmare and still my car is not fixed all dented around the wheel well.

I am very upset with this company. I brought my car in for new tires that I had already ordered. It…read moretook me a couple of weeks to get them installed due to a family emergency. When I finally came in, the tech told me I needed new lug studs, and then told me they would cost $380. Here's the problem: lug studs for my car cost about $3-5 each. I could have walked down the street and bought them myself, but the tech claimed I needed "special studs" because of my wheels. That's simply not true, a quick search shows my wheels use standard studs. To make it worse, they ordered the studs without asking me first. If they had asked, I would never have agreed to pay $30+ per stud. When I got home and reviewed the invoice, it was even more concerning. Instead of listing "lug studs," they billed me for a "brake adjuster kit" something completely different from what was actually replaced. My brakes weren't touched, so why does my invoice say that? This feels like a clear case of misrepresentation. I was effectively charged 10× the fair market price for parts, plus given an inaccurate invoice. When I questioned it, I was not allowed to provide my own studs at a fair price. I will not be returning to this shop and I am seriously considering disputing this charge with my bank. If you don't want to be upcharged for basic services or billed incorrectly, I recommend avoiding this place.

They helped me change my tire and wouldn't accept payment. Everyone was really nice and within 10 mins I was on my way. I'll definitely be going to them to get a new tire for my Jeep.
