Purchased through Groupon a couple of months ago...scheduled appointment for Feb. 14th. They arrived on time, parked behind my garage. I asked them to move...they could park in my assigned space, CanDee wanted to argue...I had to insist she could not park just anywhere. I think that set the tone for the rest of the service. Afterwards I got a request to rate them. They wanted my opinion and I gave them my honest opinion as follows: "I would have liked a little better cleanup of the window sills...and cleaning the tracks a bit better...in the corners. I noticed water down the wall in master bedroom...guessing it came from the squeegee he used to clean inside windows. Was not happy to have them tracking water onto my hardwood floors from the patio...had to throw down towels. They didn't do a "bad" job...it just wasn't "the Nordstrom's of window washing". My patio slider is NOT clean on the outside...it does have a film....not clear." She had asked if I wanted the window tracks cleaned and the screens. I did and had paid an extra $23. Looking back, on 11/14/16 I paid $69 to Groupon for the window cleaning deal. The receipt shows $57 and does not include $23 the tracks and a screen repair. Long story short when CanDee called to see why I had not rated her any higher...I told her it was not an exceptionally good job..the tracks were not clean and all she wanted to do was make excuses because the guy has bigger fingers and could not get his fingers in the corners...I suggested brushes...she started giving excuses and I just said, look I'm not going to argue...you asked for my opinion and I gave it. It is what it is. Would I use them again or recommend CMT Window cleaning. No. Would I use Groupon again...yes. read more

I got a Groupon for their services. They cleaned the windows ok. I had to pay for extra for screen and track cleaning almost as much as the windows. I wasn't able to be present. So my dad was present at our Rental home for the cleaning. First they complained the windows were dirty... really isn't this why they were hired. The windows were ok. Found a few streaks, but I have had to spend the day cleaning window tracks. Even worse they added some grease on some of the window tracks. Besides I had to spot clean some areas of the new carpet they left dirty. Never again. read more

I found them on Angie's list with a B rating, I should of read the reviews or came here first. 89 bucks, killer deal. Wrong. I am in the process of getting my house remodeled, i am at the final stages. I had them come over to do all my windows in preparation of new paint. Clean windows and seals for new paint right? They were on time and very polite. I had a girlfriend over to let them in as i was at work. I came home on lunch was impressed with glass i saw sparkle and asked her to book me for every quarter. My girlfriend informed me after they left that none of the window ledges had been done, and multiple tracks were filthy. She called owner for me and they said they would come back the next day to fix. They did come back, and my husband said one of the workers stayed in the car while the other ran thru the house with a rag and complained when my husband pointed out what was still dirty. He was there for maybe 10-15 minutes. After reading the reviews after the fact it seems as if this is an on going problem. I will not be using them for my quarterly cleanings. I could of done a better job myself. I gave them 2 stars because the owner was super nice and did send her crew back like promised as well as the glass being very clean. Disappointed. They tried to charge me double for sliding windows. They said each pane of glass is a separate window. I have lived in my typical Orange County tract house 27 years. I have 22 windows. As of today they said I had 37! Every other company I have used the past has always charged me for 22 windows. Don't waste your time trying to reason with them. I purchased a Groupon coupon for the washing of 25 windows. I wasn't about to pay them double for my sliding windows so they ended only washing 25 panes of glass. Hard to comprehend, I know. In addition, they did not reinstall some of the screens on my second floor windows. The supervisor was supposed to do a walk-through at the end of cleaning but she never made it upstairs and I didn't see them until after they left. I won't be calling them back. read more

They also washed and dried all the screens and tracks for $3 each - which I think is a great deal, considering how much time it used to take me to do all that! They came on time with a large crew but that's the only thing they did right!! There were water stains left on my windows, the tracks that I paid extra for were completely dirty still. I could clean windows better than this. I want my money back. This is the last time I get my windows professionally cleaned. I found CMT through Groupon and I am VERY happy with the whole experience. It was easy to book my appointment and was given all details over the phone. As soon as I hung up I was sent a txt and email confirming my appt. A couple days before my appt I was sent another txt and email as a reminder. Don't waste your time with this company. I used them twice and the service is less the adequate. Save your money and stay away from their groupon specials. BTW, do you really want to wait for a two hour window for windows to be cleaned. I hired another company shortly thereafter to clean what CMT was not able to do, actually clean windows without breaking parts off the window. The owner Candee is from a different planet, complete jibberish on the phone and she can't figure out to adequately book an appointment with her software. With large windows two and three stories up, plus difficult hillside access, our home offers an extra-ordinary challenge to anyone attempting to clean the windows. I had my windows washed this week by CMT. Crew of about 4 came and they were all very friendly and on time (hence the two stars). However, they left my house a complete mess. Furniture wasn't moved back, curtains were half way moved on rods, someone had to step in my bathtub to clean the window and left foot prints and dirt in there, my outdoor garbage cans were moved and left right by my front door. And to top it off..... MY WINDOWS HAVE SPOTS ON THEM!!!!! When I asked the gal before she left why I had wet spots on my windows, she stated "Oh we use a product that dries spotless." I would not use them again unfortunately. There are too many other companies out there that are willing to do a professional job, honor their prices and provide a quality experience. read more

I purchased a window cleaning voucher from Groupon for $79.00 (up to 20 windows) with CMT Window Cleaning. First appt on 12-4-2019 had to be rescheduled due to rain (understandable), I called to reschedule, spoke with Candy who scheduled a new appt on 12-5-2019 who advised me she had a cancellation on 12-5-2019, and they could come on that date. I waited all day on 12-5-2019, and no show. Candy called me later on 12-5-2019 to reschedule my appt for 12-6-2019. In my conversations with Candy, I added screens, tracks, and blind cleaning, (I planned on paying the additional charges over my Groupon Voucher $79.00). When the staff came, he was not aware of the screen, tracks, and blind cleaning! He stated they do not clean blinds, they only vacuum them, no blind cleaning! When he went to clean the tracks and screens his vacuum was not working, so I offered my own vacuum to complete the cleaning of the screens, and tracks. Additionally the man stated there were areas of my windows which could not be cleaned due to hard water spots. I have one window in particular where the bottom 1/2 of the window is clouded by hard water spots. Once the work was complete I received an invoice/receipt for less than what I actually paid to have the work done. I paid a total of $109.00 ($79.00 for the groupon + $30.00 upcharge for tracks and screens). Candee sent me an invoice/receipt for a total of $69.50, which was an indication I had paid more than what the invoice/receipt stated, so I requested a refund of the difference in the amount of $40.00 ($109.00 paid - $69.50 charged = $40.00). I sent a total of 3 detailed emails from 12-6-2019 through 12-13-2019, and received no response of resolution. I gave CMT the opportunity to respond prior to posting a negative review. Since I had not been contacted for a period of 7 days, I decided a negative review was in order. Additionally I waited for two days for CMT to come, and provided my vacuum for the tracks and screens. Very dissatisfied with CMT, and I feel that I should be refunded the full amount I paid: inconvenience, overcharged, no response to communication, job not completed (water spots), and the use of my vacuum. Candy did tell me they would clean blinds for an additional charge, however, her staff stated they do not? Incomplete work in my opinion. CMT did cash the check for additional services, within the 7 days I did not receive a response. I would not recommend CMT for window cleaning service. Unreliable, unprofessional, not great work, and poor customer service. Normally I enjoy tipping folks for a job well done, in this case I didn't feel a tip was an option given my dissatisfaction. read more
