I can't say enough about Mr Cooney and his staff. They are nice but tough as well. They recognized my son wasn't ready for his license at 16 1/2 and asked him to come back when he was ready. He waited and now he will be getting his license at 17 1/2 with comments from the instructors like "your the best permit driver I have seen". They played bad cop and relived me from having to have that tough conversation with a teenager. Mr Cooney took the time to have us come To his office so he could explain his reasons. He told my son he would rather have him be mad at him now instead of potentially hurt or dead in a year. A year really made a difference. The office staff is helpful and bent over backwards to help schedule road tests so he could complete all the requirements before school. I truly believe the staff cares about the students. Unfortunately, in the first lesson, I had an instructor or I will not mention his name because of ethics on my part, but I reported it to management in the CMSC in West Boylston. To my happiness, the other day I had the pleasure of meeting the second instructor name is David Ginese. He was polite, attentive, he taught me very well and made me hyper comfortable. I am so grateful to you David that God will pour a rain of blessings on your life. You do know how to teach adult students. I have faith in God and no one will be humbled by this instructor for not knowing how to speak English properly because we must all be respected without discrimination. I would like to commend Safety Council for the professional instructors they employ. My son took his drivers training there and everyone went above and beyond to to help with rides when I became stuck. My sons instructed was a very compassionate young man, and because we lived further away from sites, he would bring him home for me, instead of having me run out to get him. When it was time for his road test, Tim Cooney extended his hand and helped us in a tough situation. I was away and wanted to reschedule my son, but Tim took the steps to make it all happen without having to re-schedule. Thank you so much for being a great school for these young adults. read more

I hope I never meet him on the road because he's too stupid to be wasting oxygen. obviously he's an arrogant child who hasn't the maturity, to judge whether he peed in his diaper or not, readers should temper their judgment of his review of this top notch driving school. maybe someday he'll realize that the asshole in the car was behind the wheel; not in the passenger seat. if i were to rate this school; i would give it a 12 out of 5. Last weekend I took the Motorcycle Basic Rider Course at CMSC in West Boylston. I had a wonderful experience. Amie and Steve are amazing instructors with so much knowledge and skill. Our class consisted of some experienced riders and some who had never been on a motorcycle before. By the end of the 2-day course we were all riding with ease and everyone in the class passed both their written exam and road test and we all qualified for our motorcycle licenses!! If you want to get your motorcycle license, learn to ride a motorcycle, or brush up on you skills and safety, I highly recommend taking the class at CMSC. read more

My granddaughter enrolled at CMSC for her classroom requirements and driving lessons. She enjoyed the classroom experience and the instructor, learning a lot about road safety and driving skills. Scheduling lessons was not difficult, as the 6 month permit requirement aligned well with the time necessary to practice at home. A Boot Camp lesson was suggested prior to the Road Test and it made my granddaughter more confident on Road Test Day. She was so prepared and confident after completing the CMSC Program. I had such a great experience at CMSC. Mainly because I had Herb as my instructor for most of my lessons. He creates comfortable environment for the driver while also effectively teaching them how to drive. He's really funny, fun to talk, and very personable which helped create a more relaxing setting. He would also reach out if he had an opening which made it super easy to book lessons. Going in for my road test I felt very prepared thanks to Herb.
