Company refuses to pay for any of my time because they "did not authorize [me] to downgrade customers or promise refunds". They also will not clarify what they have done with the money the customer paid them after being asked repeatedly.

The man kept trying to down play his mistake, talked over me, and even tried to wipe off the damage to my car before the police arrived.
