They build from the very basics and progress through more challenging tasks, they are passionate about riding and teaching the proper way. I explained to him that traffic was stopped because of the buses in front of the school. Two buses ahead was flashing lights and he blew through me to get past the bus that was pulled over. The man kept trying to down play his mistake, talked over me, and even tried to wipe off the damage to my car before the police arrived. The police took a while to arrive and the guy kept trying to make light of the situation by laughing it off and making small talk. He even had the audacity to tell me how this works.
