We've been working together for months now, and the progress I've made is honestly amazing. I used to have huge anxiety when it came to driving, especially on highways. It felt like something I would never get over. But Marco was incredibly patient, kind, and full of smart, easy-to-understand tips that made everything click. He helped build my confidence one step at a time. The day I went to take my driving test, he actually came with me to the DMV and let me use his car for the test, something I really appreciated. And guess what? I passed! He's also bilingual and speaks Spanish, which is a big plus for anyone who's more comfortable learning that way. I have played team sports I know how coaches can get. This guy just puts you down just to be mean, there is no learning involved. I'm also two years removed from taking this course so I have had some time to think and compare. I mean coming here will get the job done but prepared for racist, sexist, and anti-semite jokes. I'm not very sensitive at all when it comes to humor but even I was appalled by this dude sometimes. Other than that, he is stubborn, and generally just a mean human being. He routinely made me feel terrible about myself and my driving, probably to boost his ego. I was used to sports coaches doing the same stuff but now looking back I would never let a driving instructor talk to me like he did. Classes also made me fall asleep every day, no exaggeration. If he sees your phone on your desk, he takes it. Generally just a sad excuse for a man. He taught me maybe, I mean MAYBE two things about driving. I spent 20 minutes learning how to park with him and then he never brought it up again. I never learned how to parallel park (which I ended up having to do on my test). Everything else I learned from my mom or from reading the manual myself. I'm begging you, please take someone else. Benson's, Mr. K, wherever. Wait until you're 18 if you have to. This was my last option too, and I regret taking it. Don't waste your money, especially if you don't have the thickest skin.

Zach and Kyle easily assessed everyone's skills or lack thereof and guided us accordingly. They were factual and direct with feedback and ways to develop better skills in a manner that maintained your confidence even when you were being hard on yourself. Always patient and personable with a great sense of humor, they were structured with the time to make sure we received every bit of education and experience offered. I'm amazed at what I learned and had the best time doing it! I left knowing my strengths, what I need to practice to keep developing my skills, and very excited to get to the DMV! I see the road completely differently, becoming a better/safer driver no matter what I'm driving. I highly recommend their courses !!!!!

The first thing I liked was that the owner, Ross Panacopulos, is a retired Massachusetts State Trooper as are some of the instructors. These are the right people to teach safe driving. Despite the fact that she is over 21 our daughter followed the proscribed Mass. Registry of Motor Vehicles (RMV) safe driver course because she will get a discount on her insurance as a benefit. This consisted of twelve hours road instruction, thirty hours of online classroom training and twelve hours of observation. Carmine was her instructor and he taught her well. She passed the RMV road test on the first attempt. She found the observation "tedious" but that is in no way a fault of the school; they must scrupulously follow the RMV syllabus of study. We have no criticisms of the school. Laurie, Melissa and the staff were very helpful. The only thing I would like to see is that the students successfully completing the course should receive a certificate or other documentation of their achievement. The RMV really should do this. Maybe if I ask nicely the ladies at Triad Academy will send her a letter.

Driving school teachers will instruct students to park on any car in the road. I have repeatedly…read moreasked them to find a different car to park on besides mine (which has been in multiple accidents due to different driving schools hitting it while parked right outside my house). After asking several times politely, a rude, nasty older lady who was the instructor of a poor young learner, decided to be super disrespectful and dismissive instead of just finding a different car to park on. The student seem extremely uncomfortable during the whole encounter and I don't blame her. All I did was ask respectfully to find a different car to practice on while explaining the past situations I have encountered. I was met with "we can park wear ever we want, you don't own the street" which I never claimed I owned just simply asked if she could use a different car to park on. As a direct representation of the company, this woman single handily made sure no kids of mine will be attending their driving school and I will continue to spread the word of this to my friends and neighbors.

Sent my teen age daughter to class here per the recommendation of her driving school. They offer 2 separate classes - defensive driving or close quarters maneuvering. You get a slight discount for taking both in the same day. Defensive Driving - she practiced braking from 65 mph. Turning at 35 mph. And drove an obstacle course quickly. They have cones up and you "loose points" for hitting cones. Close Quarters Maneuvering - she learned to parallel park, back into a parking spot and she got to drive an obstacle course in reverse. I'm told that I will get a discount on insurance once she gets her license since she took this class. The joy of driving school - your kid will listen to a stranger who tells them the importance of speed limits and stop signs. When their parents tell them, they just roll their eyes.
