I told them I wanted to email them a doc to print Vs printing it out myself, she told me the printers were cheaper, Etc but I was in a rush so I told them I'd be happy I pay for them to print it for me versus dealing with a printer. Emailed it. Waited 5-10 mins and they were still talking, I asked them if they got it and they said no. I then said I would just print it myself and got the hell out there. 15 mins when they could have just communicated and then gone back to their conversation. They seem like nice people, but way too relaxed. They should be able to take note when someone is in a hurry and speed up if they want the repeat business.
